今天有个日本同事突然告诉我，学校没有跟她继续签合同，通知她学期一结束就得马上
打包走人。我大吃一惊。她去年和我一起进来，是tenure－track，是我艳羡的对象。
我想不到她虽然有tenure－track但也会马上被炒。
我们都是纯文科，去高校是唯一的出路。 目前市场上的opening很少了，要等到下半年
才能开始新一轮找工作。 她目前H1B，正在申请工作绿卡。她日本人在美国的工作绿卡
办得很快，原本明年就可以下来。没有想到学校会一年之内炒了她，她的身份成了问题
。 她目前打算回日本，和男友暂时两地一段时间。

tenure，没拿到以前一点儿用都没有。你羡慕的是tenure track有可能拿tenure的机会，相信不会真的认为tenure track的人都能拿到tenure吧。 |

一般来说，在牛校里的non-tenure track RAP的上升空间就是努力作好research 然后
跳槽去其他学校做tenure-track, 但是你既然已经说了有地方限制没有很多选择，那么
你将来的选项其实就只有两个：
1。留在那个牛校里直接升为tenure-track。但是这个可行性非常小。特别是考虑到你
要教那么多课，你的研究不可能很好。
2。在旁边那个regional university 找一个tenure-track。那么这个选项你现在就能
选，根本没有必要等到将来。 |

2.登录，在tracking的下拉菜单选track shipments
3.出来的页面，右边中间点“track by reference”
4.出来的页面，选择shipping 日期，最关键的是在shippment reference一栏里头填入
“Triful_epg”，输入你家地址的zipcode。
就能看到tracking number了。 |

“uscis就是这么规定的。如果不是tenure track职位，就必须由employer提供
permanent position letter. 估计uscis assume 学校给了tenure track 职位本意就
是希望ap 拿到tenure。非tenure track 研究职位申请eb1b最大的障碍估计就是能不能
拿到这个letter. 试想虽然这个letter 纯为了申请绿卡提供，但那个employer愿意说
某个职位是permanent？”
是不是说，只要是permanent position就可以，而非必须是tenure track? |

以下内容全部是猜想
首先 tracking 和 他们的内部系统完全是两个系统。
当内部系统某个 case 新建或者更新的时候，会发送一个update message 给tracking
系统。
一旦当网络故障，或者tracking系统故障的时候， case 的 update message 就会丢失
， 丢了就丢了，网络／系统恢复的时候也不会回来，这个case要等到下次更新，
tricking 系统的这个case才会更新。
不厚道的猜想
如果丢失的是一个 新建 message， 那么tricking 系统里就没有这个case , 之后就算
收到update status 的message |

早上5点半起床去跑track,穿着背心短裤出去了，有点冷，首先indoor track 2miles热
身，然后出去跑stadium
跑了差不多4圈，依稀看到track那边有人迅速移动，天还没亮，看不清楚，但是感觉移
动速度好快啊，我就在想：“这帮人竟然在跑道上骑车！”跑道旁边是有规定的，自行
车不能进来，难道是因为天色较暗，所以就钻空子么。。。。
也没管，继续跑，天逐渐有点亮了。。本来有六七个人在草坪上跑来跑去的，现在也
track上跑了，有男有女。男的女的都很lean，一看就是经常跑步的。
总算看清楚了，原来没有人在骑车。。。。那两个移动很快的人是在跑步。。从这边看
实在是太快了。
跑道旁的台阶上站着两个看上去挺老的人，只要他们跑过来了，他们两个就拍手鼓励。
他们10多个人，人手一只Garmin 305/405,不停地看表，而且经过我身边的时候都有
autolap的计数声。关键是女的也很快啊，我跟前面一个女的，追了4圈，一直保持和最
初差不多的距离。我没戴表，但是从心肺难受程度，感觉肯定在6分pace以内了。

哦真是好一个理直气壮的scammer。
先留neg吧。 即使他们的东西再好，这种shipping time frame和communication已经足
够留neg了。
Fedex和UPS的tracking都更新得很快，USPS的tracking是JUNK，从来不更新。
seller说什么fedex拒收包裹根本就是骗人的。或者说，他这个communication非常不及时
你跟ebay提供信息就说他们已经用Fedex tracking骗了你一次，现在又用USPS的
tracking骗你（除非你确认那个USPS的已经是processed through distribution
center），问ebay怎么办。
最后，如果seller在你的fb上留好评却说你unexpirenced buyer, annoysome之类的话
，可以以feedback abuse为由要求ebay 去掉。ebay是不允许好评里留差comment的。 |

对焦点了。
另外，我有说复杂场景N的51点3D tracking就１００％可靠吗，任何技术都有限制，只
是靠得住的程度，拜托你不要想当然。
另外，没用过51点3D track不是你的错，想当然就不对了，我不怎么拍鸟，不过拍运动
的动物和人还是常用的，可以去看我当年评测D700的AF tracking那个贴子，拍人丛里

这一天有人预定了这个场地，开自己的车上去玩。要求：

目前系统里只有一个tracking显示一个包裹的重量.

master TRACK，有 DROP off 收据，第2个和第3个scan 以后没有收据出来，小2说scan
不进去，应该是都在master track 之下，我回来以后网上查TRACK， 只看到第1个箱
子的 DROP off 记录，另外2个还只是initiated, 是小2的操作有问题，还是神医的
label 有问题？ |

shipped it, but before delivered. I called the local post office and asked
them not to deliver it and to send the mail back. The local USPS held it but

Signature Confirmation(更贵)包括了Tracking呢？
或者Certified mail包含了Tracking和Signature Confirmation？

还有，即便是选一个也说"Online Price" not available?
是不是我必须去邮局一趟？
不带盒子，只让他们打印label行吗？
