一本叫“Guns, Germs and Steel”。这本书主要从地理角度讨论为什么有的古代文明

格米人，太平洋岛人）。按书中的观点，如果外星人在一万年前把西亚人和太平洋岛人

当年卡扎菲政变后其下属(少校)出面代表利比亚，
而伊朗的庞大律师团则代表伊朗，和米欧石油巨头谈判。
猜猜最后结果如何？
1。伊朗律师团先达成协议，取得大幅度的原油涨价。
伊朗国王巴勒维得到消息后相当高兴和满意。
2。不过几天，利比亚的军人谈判团也和米欧达成协议。
但米欧的石油巨头给利比亚的原油价大大高过给伊朗的。
3。消息传到伊朗国王巴勒维的耳朵，国王转喜为怒，
觉得他的这些留学西方法律学院毕业出来的伊朗律师团，
居然远远还不如一个从来没受过法律教育的利比亚少校军官。
该少校后来变成利比亚的首相，显然当之无愧。

婴儿型1-10%酶活性。龙龙正常的时候15%酶活性，是他侥幸逃出来的关键。高烧1.5%的

后来horslen发信过来把代谢病几乎都否定了。 只有一个代谢病叫niccd,(citrin

1. Portfolio management 和 index investing是两回事
Portfolio design讲究的就是asset allocation，确定
asset allocation要看你的投资目的和risk tolerance
投资的目的不是最大化return，而是达成finacial goal（退休）
不根据自身risk tolerance设计portfolio最后在bottom
bail out结果不言而喻了
Portfolio management当然要active management，比如
随着年龄增加降低风险，rebanlance等等
一旦asset allocation确定了，买进asset的时候
就只有一个选择了：index fund
在每一个asset里index fund和activemanaged fund的
比较就不用说了，结论请google
2. market只有一个，即全球的资本市场
包括所有自由交易的stock，bond，Real estate。
如果投资者没有risk tolerance和投资年限的限制。

我觉得Armor的Three basic steps to successful investment 提纲挈领，写得很好，
所以就借用一下他的框架吧。
１。understand your risk tolerance.
上个月我发现，我并不了解自己的risk tolerance，因此心情受市场影响很大。恐惧和
贪婪交替疯狂的滋味，相信大家都体会过。影响工作生活的正常节奏不说，还容易做出
错误的投资决定。怎么决定自己的risk tolerance呢？我想试试分而治之。把资产分成
三份: low risk, medium risk and high risk.
low risk的emergency fund 大概够自己过半年到八个月的生活费放在利率高的有保险
的活期账户里。这个money版的斑竹有个置顶的帖子，是很好的资讯来源。investment
goal 是5%的利息。medium risk 是打算买房，退休，养老，养小的。这个部分可以承
受10%的risk。High risk investment用来练胆 |

I walk on it any way.
It is hard to find a grass both aggressive, harsh(heavy traffic)

的 tolerance 程度也远低于小娃，虽然大娃在大多数情况下还算基本是 lactose
tolerant。
这个差别可能是源于父母里一个是 lactose tolerant，另一个是 lactose intolerant。
：如果运动训练都很正常，也排除了商业社会各种欺骗人类 instinct 的垃圾食品。。

事情从第一次inspection之后讲起。
先说inspector，跟愤青研究了报告之后，我们准备主要就两面墙作文章。一面就是波
浪型的，墙角也歪的实在是看不过去；一面是一堵窄墙，问题是墙中间有12cm宽，上下
两面有12.5cm宽。第一面墙在报告中描述的是“墙不直，不耽误房子的结构，就是不美
观”。第二面墙报告里没提。
然后愤青开始骚扰律师。律师一直跟我说这些问题都是在Australian Tolerances 里面
允许的范围内，你们闹也闹不出个什么来。我当时表示相信，但是愤青同学不认。非要
纠集第二次inspection，说不管咋样，我们需要把第二面墙的问题写进去。联系sales
，小sale说就给一次inspection的机会，愤青同学不认同，manager接手，发现愤青很

As long as I get a seat to sit, I can tolerate. Can't imagine how people in
Beijing and Shanghai can tolerate 2 hours a day in the "can". (Well, if you

绍AR scopes的帖子上有介绍。不过比较奇怪的是在S&B自己的网站上好像只有1.1-4x的
AR scopes，可能是我没找到？
那个帖子的作者在去年的shot show上和Schmidt & Bender的一个engineer谈过，这里
是他的原话，看来这种镜子从1-4x变成1-8x还是有很大难度的。
