第一、这个首先不是法律，香港政府只是修改了“禁止出口名单”
这个修改只是行政层面的，不是法律层面的
第二、这个条例具体来说是，在没有获得出口许可时，不可带超过
一定量的奶粉。现在这个量是2罐。这里最重要的一点，是出口许可，
你如果搞到出口许可，可以运1000条柜到上海，再分销。但目前港府
处于风口浪尖，显然不会轻易批许可给你。
所以，香港政府、商界、民间其实并不抵制大陆人到香港买奶粉。全世界
没有一个地方会这么傻。他们不满的是大量的二道贩子，大量的奶粉水客。
这些人干扰了人们的生活、干扰了奶粉市场。
所以现在这个名单是针对这些人
正常来说，名单的条件，应该是宽一点
比如，一次最多不能带10罐，一天最多不能带一次
只是梁振英这个人做事很狠，他出的政策，
一定要立即见到效果，想借此收买人心
所以就把这个threshold压得很低，只有2罐

是半个世纪前的语言而且错误不少，所以，重新翻译了一下，供大家研究。
其实，感到《波茨坦公告》写得很牛逼，估计是美国已经造好了原子弹，底气十足。
但相比之下，《开罗宣言》由于产生于1943年12月1日，相对比较笼统，遣辞也保守了
很多。
当然，至于日本的领土，国家，军队，产业等界定，有些说得蛮具体，可以搞一搞。

芝麻门没什么好争的呀，人家是刑事本科啥的毕业的呀，对一客窜老黑，在别人地盘磕
药瞎逛，不被老墨搞也会被老黑搞呀，这么高危的孩子只能说父母没教育好了。他父母
每天的穿着整齐，母亲还笑了至少一次，也太闲太梳于管教了。
老黑呀，也得到教育了，昨天一黑mm闯进前夫家开枪，被判刑，喊冤，说芝麻门咋没事
？哈哈，只能说智商有问题了。也从侧面反映出统计学上讲date/嫁／娶老黑的都是
high risk的relation.田那西的足球队titan的ex-quaterback就搞小三没控制好被小三
暴头，说明老黑的总体risk management skill set是很差的，而且stress out
threshold也比老中老白低很多，所以一生中遇到的挫折／危险要比其他族多很多，没
办法的事情。统计学上他们的male就是强，我是conservative liberal,赞成很多obama
的政策，也赞成部分共和党的concern,虽然这俩党基本置美国国家前途于不顾，但是芝

If they could get the data, did they do similar analysis for the area

驾驶无法发现副驾驶的操控错误，试图放平修复姿态，结果空壳两个变量加一起除以二
，还是拉杆。而且速度降到到了110mile/hr的时候居然解除了失速警报，因为速度的

科幻电影，或者说大部分商业电影都有俗套。整体上看，商业类型片的结构就是一种稳
定的套路形式。绝大多数商业片，都遵循着“三幕式结构”（Three-act structure）
——它来自亚里士多德时代就提出的戏剧理论，即所有戏剧都包含开始、中间、结束三
个阶段，且需要按照某种比例来分配三者。这和中国古代写文章讲究的“起承转合”是
一个意思。
现代商业片的片长大致在90分钟到120分钟之间，这三幕直接的比例基本是1:2:1，也就
是说，如果电影片长90分钟，那么第一幕序曲大概时间是22分钟，第二幕发展和高潮要
占到45分钟左右，结尾第三幕也是22分钟。其中第一幕旨在铺陈，第二幕制造对立，第
三幕则是解决。自然，到今天仍然有在戏剧结构上采用多幕的电影存在，比如《夺宝奇
兵》就有七幕。但幕越多，故事就越发复杂，既容易让观众面对一次又一次的刺激感到
疲倦，又容易让人有雷同之感。
你看，难怪科幻电影一拍起外星人入侵来，都是一个套路呢——序幕：地球人平静的生
活，顺便交待男女主角的环境、性格；接着第一幕的高潮来临，外星人忽然降临，令地
