的比较没有定论，不再直接比较砒霜和STANDARD THERAPY的部分原因是已经有证据表
明砒霜+STANDARD THERAPY优于砒霜或STANDARD THERAPY，再做单向比较就不ETHICAL
了。即使中国2011年最新的新APL的诊治标准也是ATRA+砒霜+其他，而不是砒霜，美国
也是在考虑两者的结合。有兴趣的同学可以GOOGLE
中文“白血病治疗 APL”和看2011年的JOURNAL OF CLINICAL ONCOLOGY。
一个“专家”不严谨，不了解大规模的随机对照试验的重要性，被打酱油的指出来，不

喜欢hospitalist有一些老年科的background。
2） 还可以做 primary care，比如home based ， home visit。与病人可以形成一
种非常好的关系，相互信任，就像18世纪时老式的医生。这也是我为什么选这个专业的
原因。
记得，有个病人是九十九岁了，天天坐在那，我和我一个senior去他家，发现他的左腿
是肿的，赶快送到医院，发现是DVT，这例子让我看到home based primary care有多重
要。很不幸现在Insurance company不给reimburse 这个home visit的费用的。 VA系统
，有一套非常成熟的payment系统，还有一些医院，是自己去找funding，由这些

我没看完，但看到你说找psychiatrist我觉得不实际．精神科医生是看精神病为主的，
而且通常需要开药，在行为认知治疗或我们说的talk therapy训练反而没有clinician
多．
我觉得不管什么therapist，最好找有很多临床经验的couple therapist. 就是专门做
夫妻关系治疗的．通常科学比较有把握的是行为认知治疗．cognitive behavioral
therapy.
你也可以自己看看 Gottman 写的marriage clinic. 就是教人家怎么做couple therapy
的．里面有很多资料自己可以照着做．
但couple therapy很大程度是要双方愿意挽回才有效．要不然即使找神灵也帮不了忙啊．
有几点是对婚姻最致命，大概是criticism, defensiveness, contempt and
stonewalling. Gottman称之为 Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse．我看你老公最起
码有criticism, contempt和stonewall |

有的地方服务很不错，有的很差，几乎全要父母自己出钱，但是三岁后学区能给的服务
，很多很多只能用鸡肋来形容。所以一定抓紧时间，越早开始越好。。我可以说，我的
孩子拿到标签的那一天，是天塌下来的那一天，但是也是希望到来的那一天。因为我知
道，孩子终于可以得到需要的intensive的帮助了。在别的孩子日新月异飞速发育的时
候，你自己的孩子却在接受普通EI service都半年没有进展。那种绝望和无助，no
parents deserve it。。。能说出来“当然不排除有些家长, 为了自己孩子有不花钱的
