insame一点不长啊，估计大多数人都要tall size的。。没有脚底下的那个镫，从脚踝
开始往上compress的，很sexy啊。。 |

蘑菇要求很多的A／E。相比之下alpine的A/E很少。
如果不是tall stance，腿的活动范围受很多的限制，就不可能有充分的A/E。
这本书好处之一就是给出了简单而合理的解释。

，脖子，下腰有时会有一点点酸胀，但是背阔肌从来没有酸过。看了大家的帖子，有再
网上搜了搜，总结了一下，大家看看我理解的对不？看看我还漏了啥？大家觉得如何来
学习用背阔肌发力？然后我就开练。
1. Swim Tall, 说烂的东西，但是我一直以为它仅仅减少阻力，因为TI很强调这点
。最近感觉Swim Tall 更重要的是拉长背阔肌，像拉满弓一样，最大化背阔肌收缩发力
的潜力。
2. 前送时的送肩也不光是减少阻力，也是在拉长背阔肌，最大化背阔肌发力的潜力。
3. 宽划
a. 找到引体向上的最佳的发力宽度
b. 更容易保持平衡，平衡好是一切的基础。能防止手过早下压，手过中介，头
左右摇摆。
c. 宽划更重要的是容易做到EVF，感觉手越宽越难拖肘。
d. TI Terry 多次提到宽划。但是我又因为注意前送时肩膀贴脸，越划越窄。
最近发现宽划和贴脸不矛盾，如果平衡好，两者可以同时做到。

D老师关于转体有至少十几次解说，有这些解说作基础，我觉得理解这段视频不困难。

my take on Nick's forehand is it is a VERY powerful forehand, it's what I

him doing Nick's type, but did emphasize on the "clean" and "quick" move to
the ready position. But he just simply couldn't do it. That made me think he
is indeed "pulling" it, and you have to have the "wave action" to pull it
easier.

fitting for timed the ball style. I advocate set early and wait for the ball
. So in this case I don't see the point of little pronation before the
supination... why add more motion later when you can do it early. Another
thing with the stroke you are describing is it's easier to getting into that
slap motion stroke, a bit top spin and a bit flat drive (i think many

First year in middle school (F1, age 12 1/2) 178 lbs (my height is the same 168 cm since 13 years of age)
Three years later dropped 15 lbs in summer due to my pretty skinny cousin pushed me to lose weight. She is 158 and 90 lbs, what a giant i were next to her. Haha.
High school years (F4-F5): 202 - 140 lbs (Don't know why i gained it all back and plus alot more, so i did my first weight loss plan)

热带草，不适合这里种。冬天就黄了。荫凉的地方不能长。
而且需要地很平才能割得好。
和谐就怪了， Bermuda 切的高度很低 1-2 inch。我的tall fescue
切 3-4 inch. 混在一起就是非常不爽,没法切。
不可能和谐的， Bermuda 会把 St Auguest 掐死的，需要几年时间，但是
St August vs Bermuda 几乎肯定没戏。 |

tall fescue 都长好了， weed 就比较有压力了。例如阳光和养分等等。

看出来有杂草了吗？我以前也没有看出来。
但是现在我知道里面有 >10% 的 Poa. Poa 叶子也是绿的细长的。
像这些比较隐晦的杂草就不太好认。你等它结种子的时候就比较
明显了。我这里还有 brown patch 吃过的痕迹，没有完全恢复。

5: 割草频率，高度。

每周一次，切到3.5 inch.
如果是问杂草的，请告诉杂草种类。不清楚可以贴照片。

跟着往上移。我猜的话 tall fescue 会很不爽。如果 4 inch
