版上不缺找SDE工作的经验，我找Biotech研究职位，正好给这方面一些经验。我在小
biotech做了将近5年，想跳槽。前一段biotech研究工作不是太好找，我找了好一段时
间，到夏天突然来了几个on-site，可能形式转好了吧。最后得到2个offer，一个是比
较注重研究，有稳定产品利润biotech, 另一个是bigpharma。最后从了bigpharma。找
这方面工作的ID多努力，现在机会还是不少的。
我觉得最重要的是背景符合，你的研究和雇主的需要吻合了，这个工作就有戏。不过做
biotech方面研究背景完全符合不容易，投简历时不要介意自己和job description的差
异。我投了一个biotech背景不是很符合，但后来还是幸运的被邀请on-site。跟人家谈
的时候把对方说动心了，就改了招聘的目标，给我tailor了一个position，最后就拿到
offer了。
当然现在biotech job market还是僧多粥少。所以面试时要展示自己实力，比如要讲出
