从网上找到此文，如此触目惊心。美国的老板大概50%以上都是以欺压员工为乐的恶人！
女老板和男老板各占一半。文章告诫和老板斗几乎没有成功的可能。 人事部门也不会
帮员工，因为人事部门的职责是保护公司不受到法律纠纷的困扰。
84% 被老板欺负的员工是女性，这些人一旦被盯上82% 失去工作。
这些调研机构也给不出好的办法保护员工，也是告诫碰上这种恶人，或者走人，或者把
工作做好忍受，尽量避免被恶人盯上。

我说"美国人的是非观"因为我们在美国生活扎根,所以
入乡随俗, 需要了解老美的是非观和法律. 与之对应
的呢,就是3000年烙印的是非观和法律,没有贬义,
但是我们毕竟没有在印度生活扎根,(烙印赶老中
出印度可是毫不留"亚裔香火之情"的) 而且烙印
的是非观/法律确实跟老美的大不相同. 要是
小中误以为烙印就是老美文化的带路人物,被
带到牢子里蹲着就是以上3例. 那些职场上被
烙印误导,坑的老中就更常见了.
我没有对小留ＥＱ不敬的意思,但是我觉得老中小中都是
可能有未爆发的ＥＱ潜力. 希望大家鼓励学习而不是
老中相轻.
大多数人都认同: EQ=/=吹牛拍马,欺骗,成功
EQ = 乐观勇敢-抗挫折能力
+ 友善tactful(不会有意无意地伤害别人)
+ 明辨是非(不会被烙印这种人忽悠)
+ 诚实守信(这是建设社区的基础)
长期成功快乐=function(EQ)
与老中小中小小中共勉. |

不过老中父母应该好好想想,多学美国
法律游戏规则, 否则老中孩子误以为自己
身在印度,有无所不知的烙印死党, 有可能
会死得很惨.
首先说说烙印孩子的优点:
1. 印度孩子情商比老中孩子高几倍.
2. 烙印孩子有无比的自信神吹,很容易
忽悠书呆子渴望社交的老中孩子的信任和友情
3. 烙印孩子实际上并不真知道老美游戏规则(不比老中多知道多少,
但是表现地却是无所不知无所不晓)
4. 烙印孩子可能继承了烙印的传统家教,包括一切
优点和恶习.
5. 烙印孩子有social safety network,出了事,
很容易自己脱罪,或者族人包庇,改名换姓又是一条好汉.
老中老实孩子没有这个奢侈品. 不信你参照Ajai Martoma的

以下是几例校园惨案. 都像是是东亚孩子(可能不太知道游戏规则)
跟印度孩子混,被怂恿或者带坏,而受到法律严厉惩罚:

有人说自己技术想转管理，大小领导都支持。
可是怕这怕那，怕以后技术荒废，或者
怕不会勾心斗角。
我来说说技术转管理的4大优势：
1. 物以稀为贵
老中管理少。 烙印五羊羊。
2. 买低卖高
老中人才，人脉，管理都被歧视，
所以以大白菜价收入，上升空间很大
3. 技术人员挑文科生的技术刺，易如反掌
老美应该明白，他们之所以上了烙印
文科生的当，就是因为他们歧视
技术人员。 所以老美老中都应该
支持老中技术转管理。
