的技术是冷冻、切片，用两种染料H&E染色后光学成像，过程繁琐。而我们的快速拉曼
光学成像技术看细胞无需标记，可以大幅度加快手术中肿瘤边缘的鉴别，现在已经被产
品化并试用于脑外科医生们的手术中

多的意大利师姐。那是三天会议的第一天中午，饭后我正在酒店门厅边上检视brochure
，因为我的报告安排在第二天的上午，所以我想看看有没有好玩的地方可以在报告之后
去打发无聊的时间。正在我看的入神的时候，突然，我听到有个声音在背后叫我的名字
。那声音听起来很熟悉，但一时又无法想起是谁。我转过身来，一位戴着目镜，打扮时
髦，中等偏高身材的黑头发白人女子正冲着我笑。我也对着女士笑了笑，尽管声音熟悉
，但我还是无法判断她是谁。参加会议的名单我也看过，并没有我所特别熟悉的人呀。
就在我满脸困惑的时候，女士摘下了眼镜。相看之下，我丝毫也没有迟疑地叫出声来‘

晚饭后Maria带着我在小镇上转悠了一会儿。小镇不大，傍倚着Alps。不大的山谷中，
有城堡，教堂，以及各式各样的民房，到处是郁郁葱葱。小镇向南不远就是意大利边境
。不到两万的人口，以讲意大利语为主。Maria介绍说这儿离Milan很近，开车一个半小
时就能到达，离她的老家一个叫Como的意大利小镇更近，只要不到一个小时，她小时候
就常来这一带滑雪。我开玩笑说，这么近呀，那我可以去你老家参观吗。Maria很爽快
的说，当然可以，我们明天就可以去，刚好我也想回老家看看呢，我要让你看看世界上
最好的葡萄园。本来一句玩笑话，竟然激起不大不小的想望。
太阳下山后，我们又回到了酒店餐厅的吧台。我们一边聊天一边品尝着葡萄酒。从

这里盲目崇拜美国的中国人可真不少啊。美国的食物质量确实还不如中国的，就更别提
欧洲的了。有人说美国食物的各种添加剂都是符合标准的，这没错，确实是符合 FDA
的标准的，是合法的。但这种标准是害人的，比如转基因在欧洲是非法的，但在美国是
合法的，比如瘦肉精在中国是非法的，但在美国是合法的。由于整个食品工业别少数4
，5家大公司控制了，食品的研究也几乎是他们提供资助，FDA只是个政府部门，雇员是
无法制定食品的标准的。食品标准的制定权最终都在食品大公司手里。美国食物其实是
就是饲料。所以美国作为发达了那么多年的国家，平均寿命却比较低，只有78岁，而中
国就在这么短的时间了，到达76岁，和美国相差无多。喂美国饲料的后果，到年老了就
体现出来了。美国的心血管疾病死亡率是千分之3.48（中国3.89；瑞士2.18）， 冠心

没有做调研就在那里人云亦云，可怕啊，本人划过一些时间做过research,说一下吧
1.你可能还不知道中国的瘦肉精是全世界都禁止的非法药物，但是农民照用不误，而美
国的瘦肉精（本吧多按？）是WHO允许添加的合法药物，这两个东西，中文名称一样，
实际上差之千里。美国食品工业是重商的，但是没有你想象的不堪，至少标准是放在起
台面上讨论通过的。而且，食品商遵守法规的自觉性很高，比如，催奶的荷尔蒙（可惜

我的爱车， 08年的Mustang V6，这台车是我人生第一台新车（之前还有台练开车的老

Nissan maxima,开了半年不到就换了mustang），记得第一次对Mustang有印象在电影院看

吸引。
后来就在网上做了点Research，发现V6的版本才2W刚出头（后来才慢慢了解到动力那么
