了。刷卡跟手机支付也没啥太大的区别，都是减少携带现金，我实在是搞不懂手机支付
这么会有优越感。中国刷卡服务没发展起来是马云和马化腾这些民营企业创新能力强，
迅速抢占并挤压了银联衙门央企的市场份额，同时中国在金融上加墙，很多地方已经不
允许刷visa和mastercard。中国的移动支付，就是借机银行卡绑定在手机上，把刷卡变
成刷手机了而已。不过最终马云马化腾的公司被国有化也是时间问题。
刷卡服务没发展起来还有个问题是信用卡领域visa和mastercard还有日本的公司，搞了
很多行业行规，银联根本做不到。而储蓄账户电子化，没有国际行规，马云和马化腾的
公司可以甩掉很多条条框框。
国外信用卡一直也在搞创新，来减少被盗刷的风险，从swipe进化到chip再进化到tab。
