off records，但是打电话给那个county的officer了解的时候，对方说只是说3个月后
no conviction，supervision会一直在record上，没有可能off；如果不请求
supervision，就会有points。
请问版上有没有人了解伊利诺伊州的对于speeding ticket的court supervision？有没
有必要request court supervision？ |

在本系找到一个满意的硕士学生，想换我的方向读博士，我满意学生，但是学生的现在
的硕士导师提出合代博士。
我想要学生，又不太想合代，也不想因为抢学生得罪人，有什么办法解决么？
具体情况：
我现在的四个学生：
1. 本校其他系（CS）合作的老师提出拿一个他自己有全奖的学生和我co-supervise
2. 我自己招的，但是由外校的医学院合作者提供主要经费养学生，当然也是co-
supervise
3. 我招生时候怕没钱，有一个本系老师提出来帮忙解决一部分养学生的钱的问题，后
来我的经费申请下来了，不好意思甩掉人家，学生co-supervise了
4. 唯一一个是独立带的学生，我还打算把她找机会放进外校的医学院，因为作为硕士
生，这对她找工作有好处
现在正在物色博士生，想自己带。本系一个硕士生学得还挺不错，找到我说想换方向。
我觉得还靠谱，让她和自己导师沟通好了，怕抢别人学生得罪人。她原来的硕士导师直
接email我，推荐那个学生，还提出来了合代这个学生。

该接哪，管什么用呢？
Manual上说，如果你的车有dome light delay，你停车关门后，engine
还会run，delay到大概30 sec后才和dome light一起灭。
那这个dome light delay是车的功能，不是r/starter的功能了？
本来我还以为这个dome light supervision在拔钥匙后还会延迟输出个
30 sec的地电压，来给dome light delay，并且控制电路里面持续让engine
再run 30 sec的呢，看来我糊涂了。。。
我车的dome light控制电路就是直接连个门开关的灯泡电路，并无什么延迟控制。。。 |

以不报到保险公司，保险不会涨。以前在Illinois 有Court supervision, 3年前给免
过一个。

As of January 2, 2012, a total of 20,900 PERM cases are pending with
Department of Labor. Of those:
50% are in Analyst review
-- From filing to decision is taking about 3 months
33% are in Audit Review
-- Once an Audit response is filed, DOL is taking 9+months to
reach a final determination
44-45% of Audited cases are approved
-- 10% are on Appeal following a denial
4% are in Supervised Recruitment
-- 25% of cases that undergo supervised recruitment are

错误导致的PERM申请的种种挫折就不谈了。总之，被公司拖到现在的两难境地。
我的问题是现在是H1B第五年，九月就要开始第六年了。打算重新找工作，让新公司
file PERM是不是从时间上来说已经来不及了？考古了一下，PERM pending必须是一年
以上，才能延期H1B的第七年，而且一次延期后，如果PERM还没批，就很难再次延期了
，是这样吗？
如果继续在公司，接受supervised recruitment，据说通过的可能性极低。版上有人有
通过的吗？

15年第二次交 被audit 当时是说general audit 现在说是被选做supervised
recruitment
现在的说法是三个月会有结果 期间有us candidate能通过面试这次perm就又失败
因为公司不给case no 什么都是他们说的 他们号称process没出差错就是我运气不好
查supervised recruitment网上的说法也不太一样 很多人搞半年一年的 所以不知道三
个月这个说法可不可靠
有没有人有经验的？求分享 |

我觉得应该没有58，刚刚50多一点，不过也一样，超速20之内都是罚120。
有个选项是plea guilty with court supervision. 好像是用这个选项就不会有record
，车险不会涨价？court会不会要求额外的罚款？ 大家给靠谱一下？

照说本科生得让发考题们认为极其有科研的潜质,才能打败无数硕士生,发考题们才
会直接给本科生offer直攻博士;
看这份简历,我的感觉是
1.本科成绩好,会读书
2.参加了很多国内老师的项目,参加了一些海外老师的暑期短期项目,有些学术锻炼和想
法,但无明显成果,可能人缘好,会来事;但不排除夸大自己作用的可能
3.得了一些奖学金,国内高校基本上成绩好加积极参加学校各项活动,对老师会来事,自
然就能得.
3.英语写的好
4.积极参加各种活动,精力充沛,勤奋,把自己的时间,安排的满满当当的,有废寝忘食的
倾向.
5.非常有计划性和目的性,经过几年奋斗,作为本科学生,已经达到面面聚到的无短板程
度.
作为本科生,这份简历无疑是优秀的;但是却无法直接得出极其有科研的潜质的结论;相
反无数硕士生申请攻博士,由于年龄大一些和工作经历,也许本科成绩绩点低一些,得的
奖学金项目少一些,但是有实践经验,多数还会有1-2篇海外(尽管可能级别和影响不高)

NP 进入医院和medical group工作之前都需要credentialing。这个过程可以短则几个
星期，长则半年。NP都要签一份文件，说谁是你的supervising MD, 那个supervising
MD 需要签字，NP才能开始工作，不然的话压根没有开始工作的资格。
所以说什么NP独立？这怎么独立？
没有supervising MD就压根没有工作的权利，好比吹嘘中国厉害，但是没有芯片全部玩
完，高端的芯片全部都在美国手里。
credentialing 也包括provider和医疗保险公司签合同，然后provider看了医保保险公
司的病人才能从保险公司拿到钱。
