一次申请H1B的时候pettition letter里面用到过（那时候还没有拿到任何州的执照）
，很顺利的没有RFE就过了
我的疑问是：如果RFE里说到需要提供Y州的执照，在回复RFE的时候说我将会work
under direct supervision of ZZ who holds a Y license while I hold an X
license. 这样回复够不够？ 因为RFE只有一次机会，所以想能比较稳妥一些
我知道如果我这样回复的话，需要提供我的supervisor的 Y州执照复印件，除此以外我
还有别的必须也要提供的吗？

mitbbs上面永远不缺讽刺挖苦说风凉话的，一概无视不跟小人一般见识
补充一些其他同学的建议：
1，不同时期不同地方的结婚证可能内容不一样，比如前面有人的结婚证就有父母的名
字（和身份证？）
2，这个自己中英文对照翻译好之后找一个朋友签字就可以给uscis用了，具体看uscis
官网对于签字的那个附件attachment的要求

他们关注的几点
第一，不关心博士期间的学术成果，有一家公司上来讲，从你的publication list能看
出来你在学术上很有成就，但我想今天的面试主要关注你做了什么，你能做什么。然后
开始问技术细节。
第二，关心supervise, train其他人的能力。澳洲没有很多R&D的engineer职位，多数
是service engineer，训练客户，给客户做培训。如果是R&D的职位，博士进去很快会
成为senior，supervise的能力要有一点。
第三，讲讲你过去做过什么项目，为什么做这个。在你叙述过程中，他们会问一些细节
。你可以选择性有针对性的提供你熟悉的细节，因为他们的问题有一半是基于你对项目
的叙述，另一半是在以后工作中要用到的技能技术，这类问题很容易发现，他们会直接
问，你用过/你接触过/你知道什么没有。
第四，会问一些大路问题，你知道不知道我们公司，你的签证，你现在在做什么，你什
么时候能够开始工作。你为什么不往学术界发展。
第五，你还有什么问题没有？
面试的时候手里拿着简历，一般hr拿着简历，随口问一些问题，你在什么什么时候是什

DCF的superviser 非常看重上次帮我们出庭的poster choi, 平时专管children room,
看起来很普通，但在上次我孩子出庭里，那口才，和几乎本土的英文，让在场的各位刮
目相看，DCF的superviser更是佩服的五体投地，当然也感动了法官，再加上几位好律
师的鼎力帮助，上次孩子才顺利的返回。
这次更是直接让我们马上去找poster choi，和4个family. And hire nanny.
我不知道有谁能帮忙说动poster choi，救孩子要紧，我也知道自己的一些缺点，我争

在失去孩子以后，我深深反省我自己的确没focus 在孩子身上，我也在准备医学考试，
因为自己学医的。希望哪位好心人能够站出来，我将全身心投于到孩子身上。也不再准
备考试，孩子才是我唯一的生命。

他回信说自己在课上问问同学你是哪个组的，当时刚开学，不认识任何人，好不容易在
orientation slides上 看到了自己及mentor的名字 就给coordinator回信， 告知
mentor 名字， 问联系方式，这哥们也不给回信，我在网站上找到一句话，如果你没有
找到你的mentor就和这个邮箱联系，我就联系了，结果人家告知 我把你的要求转发你

和我一起练习的那个人，不理我了。之后发生的事情，不知和我有没有关系了。我们所

如果你在过去一年内有过罚单或supervision，罚金会更重。
当然，如果你感觉冤枉，你可以要求bench trial（法官决定）或jury trial（陪审团

也很难说。

supervision。超35的不清楚。
假如你太太近1-2年没拿过罚单，我猜律师可以bargain down到一种轻很多的罚款，但
总的out of pocket expense 对你来说差不多，少给政府的给律师了。但估计你现在不
是担心钱的问题。
我建议就去yelp上搜评分好的几个律师，然后打电话咨询下就对outcome和开销心里有
数了。
我之前选过一家认为不错的事务所，结果当天律师都没来，让另外一个人来，手里握了
一打Tickets，好像打包一样一下递给检察官，然后讨价还价每个ticket。到法官叫我
的时候就是走个过场，因为律师已经和检察官讨论好了。最后罚钱挺多，但1年court
supervision后不留底。

标 题: 在walmart购物，被cashier欺负（更新结果）

刚在walmart购物，check out的时候，把篮子里面的东西全部放在counter上，cashier
就说：I am closed。仔细看了下台子上没有放任何close标志。此时cashier在帮上一
个客人。我说了句sorry，把东西拿到隔壁的cashier处check out.结帐完了，准备离开
，回头一看此女还在，上一个客人已经离开，她在帮另外的两个客人check out 顿时觉
得心理不舒服。立刻找当班的经理complain，需要此cashier的道歉，经理就说他需要
了解事情的经过然后再说，觉得此经理就是在糊弄。

他说要调查，还以此时cashier不在了为由，说我们可以留电话，或者回家打电话投诉
。今天这个superviser承认cashier犯错。错误如下，1自己要离开之前要把自己的灯关
掉（这个cashier没关灯）2 要放一个close的标志在台子上，她也没放 3 应该在客人
把东西拿在counter上之前就告知已经关闭，而不是像我这样把东西都放在台子上了，
然后再说 4既然已经对前面的客人说close了，就不要继续帮别的客人。会让前面的客
人有被歧视的嫌疑。一个cashier犯了这么多错误，自己的surperviser都说她这是个严
重的错误，会得到一个严重的警告，下次再有客人投诉她，得到证实就是会get out of
the door，又不是我给这个cashier如此定义 |
