level before you apply sulfur iron? Sulfur iron will be waste
if your PH is higher than 6.0.

，炼油企业是雾霾天气直接责任者之一，但这并非因油企质量不达标，而是中国标准不
够，只有北京推行含硫量在10ppm以下的国V，但全国普遍为150ppm的国Ⅲ，标准不提高

在2010年 Energy Policy上的一篇文章（引文如下），作者在济南，上海，长春，西安
的加油站采样并测试发现达标率（国III标准，即150ppm硫含量) 分别为0%, 11%, 46%
and 60％.
请大家看文章中的figure 3. 国内的油根本就不达标。有些样品硫含量高达2000ppm，
是国三标准的13倍还多。
