肥胖的人胖在身体缺乏营养，每天把calory budget都投入到糖啊，精细碳水这种
energy dense但是nutrition deficient的东西上。
更别提吃点油炸-transfat, 红肉类-胆固醇，更是增加了身体排毒的负担
身体的状况就是一直缺乏vitamins, minerals, fiber，omega-3, omega-6，raw food
中的酵素，益生菌等等，就给身体信号，营养缺失，要快点囤积点fat哦
反过来，如果每天都吃得健康--
我现在喜欢whole food, plant-based diet(有本idiot's guide)
或者那本you are what you eat书里说的diet of abundance
不用灰常灰常费力做运动，
但是吃得非常非常好--organic leafy greens (参见green for life那本书；蔬菜首推kale评分100，吃kale等于吃维生素片啦), roast or raw garlic, green juice or smoothie, organic frui... 阅读全帖 |
