估计骨关节里润滑液或膜瓣等组织出现问题了。
我前一段时间也有这种小问题，隐隐地不适，经适当运动 plus 补钙+维生素D3 现在完
全好了。
也有人吃骨胶原Glucosamine sulfate,MSM (methylsulfonylmethane)，Chondroitin
sulfate，InflamEase™，Boswellia，Turmeric姜黄素，Hyaluronic acid等消炎
产品来缓解疼痛的，但效果作用可能不如简单的“钙+维生素D3复合胶囊”好。
真要痛得发疯，双管齐下吧。

适度的去角质是现代皮肤护理的一个核心观念之一，随着年龄的增长以及紫外线导致的
真皮层的长期的炎症反应，角质层的更新和细胞排列是会出问题，会失常，这样会导致
很多皮肤问题，比如干燥和表皮细纹，长期会影响皮肤深层，导致深层皱纹，适度的去
角质是为了纠正或延缓这个问题。当然比较激进的做法比如激光，chemical peel是为
了暂时性的效果，这个好坏是有争议，也不是人人都去做的。
正常的皮肤护理是应该的，一个人随着年龄的增长，哪怕再心善，再注意内在保养，也
一定会出现各种皮肤问题，比如暗沉，斑点，皱纹，松弛等等，皮肤的护理是为了推迟
和改善这些现象，包括去角质。不过我承认过度的去角质是导致皮肤敏感的一个重要原
因，但是我不认为洗脸刷是一个很大的危害。最常见的原因是长期使用含有harsh
detergent的洁面产品，以及不正确的过度使用含有果酸和维A酸（醇，醛）的产品，

SLS和SLES其实是强力清洁剂，对皮肤毛发都不好。
EL也有很多含硅的护肤品，所以我对EL没什么好感。

WBG works slowly into the root, so check back in 2 week. However, it is
effective to broadleaf weeds, but not that much to grassy weeds, so you need
to know what your weeds are.
Moss killers most likely have ferrous/iron sulfate as the active ingredient.
Ferrous/iron sulfate is also used medically to treat iron deficiency, so
it isn't in the same category as the toxic herbicides like 2,4-D, triclopyr
or glyphosate.

朱令不傻，所以才会吃。因为含铊鼠药一个特点就是无色无味。

成分就是 明胶 + 葡萄糖铵（软骨成分）+ 软骨素 （一种多糖）+ MSM（号称补硫，但
是人也不会缺硫啊）+维生素C+软骨磨的粉。明显是个面向关节的补药。
吃点脆骨，每天一片100mg VC，什么都有了。

护士说的325mg是iron sulfate, 含element iron 65mg. iron sulfate容易引起BM。
可以跟医生商量换iron gluconate, 含element iron about 30 mg，so you need to
double the dose for about 65 mg element iron. But less chance to cause
constipation.

发帖数: 42149 | 48 自12月中旬以来，华北黄淮等地遭遇大范围雾霾天气，在持续性的雾霾阴影下，一些流言也开始在网上滋生。比如近日一则在网上流传甚广的消息称，“内部说这次雾霾里主要是含硫酸铵，本来不到红色预警的程度，但因为存在硫酸铵所以再到这个级别。提醒孩子们都不要出门。家里净化器长时间开启。多喝水。原来伦敦有次硫酸铵超标，有好多人没有防护而死亡。”
查阅多方资料，发现以上流言出现了三大科学性错误。
一、雾霾红色预警信号设置与硫酸铵无关
二、硫酸铵一直是PM2.5的主要成分，并非这次特有
三、伦敦雾致命元凶为二氧化硫，而中国PM2.5雾霾中的硫酸铵急性毒性级别为微毒
雾霾红色预警与硫酸铵无关
首先，根据《霾预警信号的含义和防御指南》，霾预警信号划分为三个等级：黄色、橙色与红色，划分的依据是能见度、PM2.5浓度和空气湿度等气象指标，和所谓的硫酸铵无关。
而发布霾红色预警是指预计未来24小时内可能出现下列条件之一并将持续或实况已达到下列条件之一并可能持续：
(1)能见度小于1000米且相对湿度小于80%的霾。
