1岁之前每顿吐，2岁之前基本天天吐。现在快四岁了，体质反而比同班同学还好起来了
，扛过了几次全班性的的virus.1到2岁半除了夏天其他时间基本上是每个月都要生病，
尤其是冬春之交。肺炎有过两次，bronchitis开始几个月基本上每个月好了又咳了，
daycare各种病菌太多。我是急了开始也是乱吃药，中西药什么都试过了。后来慢慢发
现最管用又相对安全的对策就是吹气+ 一片中药胶囊： albuterol sulfate inhaler +
Ridgecrest Herbals - ClearLungs Extra Strength, 吹气按儿医的推荐，如果厉害
就一天3次，每次10分钟左右。其他美国医生也没有什么好办法，无非就是给抗生素，
但是大部分时间是virus，所以抗生素也不管用。而且抗生素的药吃多了真没什么好处
，伤肝伤肾，还会有抗药性。 中药是我自己在Amazon找的，查了中药成分主要是天门
冬，当归，栀子花，罗汉果，麦冬，桔梗，陈皮，甘草之类的，药性不太强。但是由于

了心肺。就给开了7天的消炎药和止咳药，并且让我们继续给吃退烧药，一周后，已经
不发烧，但是咳得厉害且多痰，又回去看儿医，这次也是很快检查了一下儿子，就给开
了止咳药和类固醇，并让吸雾化，先吸了五天BUDESONIDE inhalation suspension 又
让吸一个月这个：Albuterol Sulfate inhalation solution 0.083%,现在第三周，夜
咳还挺厉害。想请问懂医的娃爸娃妈们。这个儿医是不是不太负责乱用药？消炎药应该
是给细菌性感冒用的吧？类固醇，也就是激素把，是给病毒性感冒？然后雾化的药，也
没和我们说为神马要用这个。 |

孩子是上呼吸道感染。炎症会造成气管支气管水肿，粘液分泌增加（痰），造成呼吸道
狭窄，呼吸困难（看炎症程度，气管狭窄程度）。比较轻，短的病程，孩子呼吸方面影
响不大，也不会用气雾剂。
严重的炎症，气道狭窄会是个concern,糖皮质激素气雾剂雾化dropplet吸入呼吸道上皮
细胞抑制炎症反应，减少粘液分泌，水肿，帮助患者呼吸。
Albuterol Sulfate是非激素类平滑肌松弛药物，还是帮助打开气道，让呼吸通畅。
估计医生听肺听出来气道狭窄，这些药是给孩子缓解呼吸窘迫的。也没有什么后遗症。 |

每个人一生只有一副膑软骨，膑软骨磨平了就是骨头和骨头的摩擦就会很痛。
想知道你的膝盖怎么样，一个很简单的测试方法就是平坐着，把手放在膝盖上，不负重
的抬小腿，用手感受膝盖的磨损程度，如果感觉很磨，甚至有刺啦的声音，建议不要再
爬坡了，走平路就没问题。
不分泌润滑就会磨软骨，如果软骨都磨光了，有一种手术可以解决，叫膝关节置换术。
其实就是关节打开，把软骨敲掉，换成钛合金，但问题是以后腿只能弯到九十度左右。
不磨损的膝盖的运动就是游泳，因为膝盖是不负重的，并且不负重的摩擦可以促进分泌
润滑剂。
很费膝盖的活动，除了爬山，骑自行车外，就是在跑步机上跑步，因为一般跑步机的减
震都没有那么好，所以一定要脚跟着地。
还有一个建议，就是不过身体超重，因为膝盖承担了全身的重量。
我的建议是吃，move free,就是glucosamine sulfate ,中文是硫酸葡萄糖最好加MSM，
MSM比较新，但有消炎止痛成分。国内还有烟盐酸葡萄糖，但专家说硫酸根好吸收。

硫酸氨在Walmart有，找21-0-0的肥料。21-0-0(NPK), 21-0-0-24(NPKS)都是硫酸铵，
Ammonium sulfate
Food grade phosphoric acid 在amazon有，本地的话，Brewery supply store 可能有。
人们用硫酸铵是因为它本身就是酸性的。我在用cotton seed meal，它被细菌分解后也
是酸性的，而且有机，不容易burn plant。但棉花种植常用含砷的农药，所以有机肥料
也不perfect。各种有机肥料可以去armstrong nursery，walter anderson 等nursery。
降低PH更常见的是往土里掺一些硫。硫会逐渐的被土里的细菌转化为硫酸。这个过程很
慢，而且不好控制，如果PH降的太低，会烧死植物。我去年就有两棵蓝莓这样被烧死了
。现在从那个盆里渗出的水PH大概都到1了。所以我觉得把水的PH调好再浇更安全。大
部分用这个方法的人是在用硫酸，battery acid，autozone等店可以买到。但硫酸腐蚀
性强没有磷酸安全。 |

缺失过动症(ADHD)以及嗜睡症，但是也被非法用在增加注意力和令人亢奋上。这种药物
的主要成分为：Dextroamphetamine saccharate、Amphetamine sapartate、
Dextroamphetamine salfate以及Amphetamine sulfate。经过FDA分析，这种30毫克的
假药片含有镇痛成分Tramadol和Acetaminophen。
这些伪造药物很容易被发现，其药物包装上含有多处拼写错误：「 NDC」被拼写成「
NDS」，「Aspartate」被拼写成「Aspartrte」，「Single」拼写成「Singel」。这些
