你们的FOREIGN SUBSIDIARY用的啥软件啊？
我目前的公司比较小，大概200人，是个软件公司，有个foreign subsidiary在RUSSIA
，更小，大概10几个人的样子，主要是R&D，这些年来一直都是用EXCEL SHEET来做
financials,实在是太痛苦了，想要给他们弄个ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE，然后我们现在这
边用的是NETSUITE，请问各路神仙们，你们的FOREIGN SUBSIDIARY用的啥软件啊？
还有你们每月的financial reporting process是怎么样的？我们现在的process很有问
题，想集思广益一下， 谢谢了！！！！！ |

搜狐百度这样的热门股就算了。几分钱的皮包公司股也算了。我们大家研究研究相对冷
门一点的，价值明显被低估的中概股，看看能不能挖掘出几个2X,5X，10X.呵呵。
我说几条：
1. 价格在$1到$15左右，太贵了就不好翻倍了。
2. 最好是做实业的，务虚的公司太难评估
3. 这次金融危机中被搞得很惨尚未恢复的
4. 目前是盈利的，且PE是很低的
5. 公司所在板块应该跟中国发展正相关，有炒作前景的
炒这一类股票除了要做基本的FA分析，还有就是要耐心等机会，一定要等到很低位的抛
售价，才买入，然后就比较捂得住。一旦没抓住，飞了，就绝不去追。所以，我想，大
