You need to make sure where the quote from.
for new customers, they don't provide quote from NJM because new customers
don't have NJ records at all especially for people from other states. NJM
normally gave you quote from NJRe first which is very high. After a few
months
under NJRe without any bad records, they will switch customers back to NJM.

是不同的。
Division之间是没有什么management fee分摊的概念的，一般只有parent和subsidiary
才有。报税的时候federal就是一家公司或者consolidate，state的income可以根据
payroll, property, and sales factor 来apportion总部和分厂两个地方来申报。
city在income tax角度来说除了个别的几个城市比如NYC, Portland 等等，一般没有申
报的要求。不过city一般要收License fee, 这笔费用可大可小，完全看city的
regulation. 另外还要考虑到外州分厂的sales and use tax, property tax还有雇员
的payroll tax等等。
还有从legal liability方向看设division还是subsidiary更为妥当。
牵扯的东西挺多，你们最好还是请法律和税务方面的专业人士具体事例咨询一下，这里
问不到什么的。 |

Spain denounced the "hostile" decision by Argentina to nationalise Spanish-
owned oil company YPF, a subsidiary of Repsol, and warned Monday that it
would take "clear and forceful measures" in response.
