今天继续练习Zipper Skate和Zipper Switch,开始加上Double Zipper Skate。
终于在今天Zipper Skate时把Recovery Arm移到耳边时竖出水面了。感觉一个是以前刚
刚开始新drill不够放松;一个是侧身幅度可能还是不够。今天这两点做得比较好。
以前和dzxy指导讨论过,Zipper Switch(Single/Double/Triple),是要通过夸张的转
体动作(身体从侧卧位转到另一侧近仰卧呼吸位,即所谓Sweet-Spot,见图),来强调
和强化Whole Stroke Swim中的Body Rotation动作习惯,也让转体在自由泳中更顺畅平
滑自然。
作为Zipper Switch Drills的开始动作的Zipper Skate,和作为结束动作的Sweet-Spot
,共同点是一手前伸在水下,一手在后贴紧大腿侧面,而且都要求后面贴大腿的胳膊由

定比你高,所以你的划水力量相当了得,身体流线型保持的相当好。

现在为止,TI书和视频里面的各项专门练习基本都按部就班地练过了。按照TI总教头
Terry Laughlin的说法,速度70%来自阻力的减小,30%来自推动力。所以这些练习主要
是关于身体姿态控制,保持水中Streamline的减阻练习。
练习到现在,速度和效率都有提高,大概是从2'20"-2'30" @ 12 x 4 Stroke Cycle/
100米提高到1'50"-2'00 @ 10 x 4 Stroke Cycle/100米这样子。除去一个月游泳池年
度维修关闭,大概花了5个月,每周三次练习,每次45-60分钟。
现在从Whole Stroke Swimming来说,自我感觉到的明显的缺陷有:
1、呼吸习惯,呼吸时感觉还是会腿部下沉一些。呼吸节奏也不太稳定,2、3、4划一呼
吸都有。
2、肩髋转动的同时性和一体性,以及髋部驱动的习惯意识不够恒定。
3、挥臂前送加转肩、转体,在另外一侧转体带动划水作为一个动作的的连贯性流畅性
不够。
4、打水。不知道是打水特别弱还是方式不对,对我来说一次游200米,就算两次打腿还

Catch up. It is extreme front quadrant swim. I practice it a lot when I work
on TI. It goes hand and hand with lower stroke count and TI which is front
quadrant swim. I just want to say be careful when you do this. I love TI.

现在开始减少drill练习,多游interval。
1 x 200m 4:33 11 stroke cycle/Len warm up
1 x 350m 8:11 11 stroke cycle/Len (2:20 pace)
4 x 50m 0:54 -1:03 9 - 11stroke cycle/Len
2 x 100m 2:06 - 2:08 11 stroke cycle/Len
感觉如果比较用力地游,就能100米1:50 - 2:00,比较放松地游就要到2:10 - 2:15 左
右。本来要游400米的,记错圈数了,只游了一个350米,感觉保持2:20的pace可以游到
400米。
现在慢慢地,换气的时候有小半个头可以没在水里。右侧换气比较自然,左侧换气头部
起伏比较大。
今天也慢慢利用体感来找节奏和发力的时刻。感觉现在能够比较自动地保持在前交叉,
不用太刻意关照。滑行时间好像长了些,具体来说就是划水手臂划水完成后出水前有一
会停顿,无动力滑行,有没有这个停顿,决定了50米是0:55 还是1:05,划频是9还是11

首先,这个排名不是等距离的,比金字塔还金子塔,下面很宽,上面非常非常窄。
个人认为,从一开始到3.0不难。
认真到3.5可以。 大概95%左右都在3.5或以下。
到4.0非常难,一般就是露天场地大牛,不是天天能见到。基本要有系统的训练。
4.5 以上很难在公共场子见到,一般都在俱乐部里,孤独求败,很难找到对手。差不多
Swim Master平均靠上水平。
5.0 基本就可以Division 1 player
5.5 就是差不多几个州前几名。
6.0 以上,一般都要有全美国排名,基本是职业的。
4.0和学会蝶泳都是我的Bucket list上的。很难做横像比喻,以我为例子,4.0比蝶泳
难,更像1米1秒巡航。我打网球15年,比游泳花的时间多多了,现在觉得4.0还很渺茫
,甚至觉得到不了。
可能,游泳有半点童子功在游泳上沾了不少便宜。还有就是体重,游泳不吃亏。可网球
这急停,N个方向变速跑,大体重很吃亏。

显然就是一个泳道的长度,而你的泳道是25米的,那么你的教练游大半条泳道的
长度用6 strokes,游25米就是9-12 strokes,听上去还是合理的。
关于lap,很多人的定义是一个来回,当然也有很多人认为就是从泳道的一头到另
一头。我的教练采取的是前一个定义。 |

镜头切换和水花四溅让计数不易。
by 0:22: 6 strokes
by 0:28: 14 strokes. right arm recovery not done

加起来40 strokes。这倒比较符合中后交叉的技术以及他的身高。
仍然采用国内90年代开始广泛流行的三段战术,中间略慢。入水也是过去津津乐道的入
水迅速拧腰贴近水面,而不是欧美澳巴西近年流行的直腿入水,入水技术难度之大叹为
观止。不过入水没有占到便宜,考虑他反应略慢,倒也没有吃亏。
他这种左右严重不对称的游法也和lezak很类似。教练能容忍这种游法,应该说是个巨
大进步。这种游法游100接力没问题,50和100个人项目如果能登顶将是石破天惊的巨大

Parachute 游泳“降落伞”拿过来让我试。说这个的好处是可以培养你对stroke的感

了她不停生病的日子。送出去一天就生一个星期的病,最严重的时候还传染全家,没有
办法,只好让老三回家呆着。好在运气不错,朋友介绍了babysitter, 我终于在三月份
的最后一个星期游了三次,值得撒花庆祝!:-) 今天学flip & turn, 上完课自己游了2
个50Y, 哈哈,尽管断了这么长时间,现在终于每次能比较自如的连续游个50码,也算
小有进步。flip & turn 还需要多加练习,还没有找到感觉。
希望以后能坚持一个星期三次的训练,先保证训练量的前提下,再琢磨怎么有效的提高
Endurance, Form and Speed。下一步打算follow beginner's swim workout for 800Y
, 看看有没有比我自己傻游更能提高点 :-)

The highest number of strokes is 8.
I agree their number of strokes are low; but I don't agree they
have low consistency. Those are two different concept. The white
shirt guy forced a lot of unreturned serves and his average 1st
serve speed is in the upper 90 mph's. |

原因有三:
1) Volley以前练的太少,手感步点还差,不是自己的致命武器
相比ground strokes练的太多, 已经到一个瓶颈期了。
现在基本ground strokes的稳定主要取决于步伐。
Serve稳定性差,需要苦练。
2) 底线击球就是一个苦力活, 费鞋费膝盖费体力,到后来和练长跑,踢足球都差不
多,就是比体力和移动。 相比s&v 是个技术活, s&v更加需要更多的锻炼, 也还有更
多的提高空间。
3) 最重要一点就是, s&v是剑走轻灵, 底线strokes是大刀王五。 审美倾向要走轻
灵型的。 另外年纪大了,需要一剑封喉, 不能和后生们在底线拼体力了。s&v可以打
到60岁, 底线strokes估计到了40岁就明显没有竞争力了。 |

player is a >4.5+~5.0, I never feel problem to resist strong stroke with
heavy one, on the contrary, many guys with >12 aunce heavy one couldn't

真正的stroke其实很简单,打几万次就定型了,每天挥一两千次,包括无球有球,几个
月下来就差不多了。然后就是跑到精确位置,让自己每个stroke都是一样的动作,就是
步伐。西班牙现代网球技术的核心就是跑位,就是跑到最合适的击球位置,击出你最熟悉
的球。其余什么V字形步伐什么的,都是根据这个哲学创立的。
达到上面所说的基本就可以非常厉害,剩下就是精细调整,包括拍面的open角度的微笑差
别对球路线的影响等等,这应该是高级技术,在上面两个(基本stroke动作正确,
muscle
有记忆,同时步伐过关,每次都能跑到让你做出基本stroke的位置)保证的前提下,再去
领会的东西。而不是反过来,先去学那些更高级的东西。 |

I think you lack of understanding of high levels of competition. Yes I may
have better looking strokes than opponent, but I'm not as solid with my
strokes as they're with theirs. If I try "ws" shots such as pushing chipping

一类较好。 里面的内容都是对美国医生要求掌握的, 将来考执照方正也要看。可以考
虑看MKSAP16, 将来考执照也看这套书。这套书就是挺贵。可以从头读, 也可以遇到啥
病读啥病, 没遇到的就多看几遍。
还有其它书, 比如Pocket Medicine, Washington Manual, 这些也都挺好。
对于离开临床挺长时间的同学, 可以考虑先看Hutchison’s Clinical Methods. 英国
作者。 类似于《诊断学》, 是一本很好的为临床打基础的书。 从中可以很系统地认
识各大类疾病。 自己感觉以前为了考试, 尤其Step2/3, 读的是复习大纲, 另外做题

以前一直不知道自己的划频是多少,就数过放松游25yard 8次。
这次终于知道了我的训练平均stroke 是11.4每25yard。
貌似我游得越快stroke越低,10或11,另外累了之后,速度就慢下去了stroke也升上去

“swim downhill”,头低了,腿就浮起来了,减少阻力。
直到上周跟高阳游泳时,他给我指出我的头太低了,造成头一上(换气)一下,反而增
大了阻力。建议我头可以高一些,水面刚好高过眉毛就行了,这样游开水时也更容易换
气。我说那腿会不会沉得更厉害?他说等你打水练出来了下身自然就浮起来了。
于是我试了试把头抬高些,看pool的斜前方,好像的确游得更流畅些。
回来上网搜索相关资料,找到这篇Swim Smooth的文章是支持他的观点的。

风的危险。研究发现每日喝一定量的西瓜汁可以使高血压病人的血压下降[注]。
英国有160万人患有高血压,使心梗和中风的死亡率双倍地增加。英国人每年死于心梗
和中风者达6万以上。
一氧化氮是能使血管内皮扩张的重要物质,西瓜种的L-瓜氨酸可以使血液中的一氧化氮
含量明显增加。美国科学家给患高血压的自愿者每日6克从西瓜种提取出的L-瓜氨酸。6
星期后,9名受试者的血压均有下降,而且无副作用。但是如果是吃西瓜,大约一个半
西瓜才可达到这种治疗剂量。
佛罗里达州立大学的Arturo Figueroa博士说:这项研究说明保健食品有扩血管作用,
有一些食物可以防止高血压的发生,从而避免心梗和中风。虽然研究刚刚开始,结果令
人鼓舞,为今后在更多的人群中研究打下了坚实的基础。
研究人员之一Bahram Arjmandi教授说:所谓保健食品是指那些能促进健康、或防止疾

昨天,这些人折腾了一天,白天,晚上皮啦啦,也不知道谁把谁杀了,谁把谁带走了。
反正我先生和孩子被绑架了,就不知道是不是已经遇害了。我本来是打算睡觉的,但他
们头上,地下装电磁波攻击器,让我几乎窒息。虽然我没倒下,但其实他们在我身上扎
的毒针已经蔓延,我能感觉到我的呼吸有窒息的感觉。我想我对他们已经非常仁慈了,
但他们不依不饶地攻击我,欲置我于死地,让我非常生气,特别是肆意伤害我家里的人
,绑架我先生和孩子,而且有许许多多无辜的生命毁于他们之手,有必要把他们曝光。
当然我还没分析这里边是那几个人具体攻击我,伤害我的,但他们显然都是一伙的。鉴
于他们伤害我的头部,胸部 和胃部,我就把这几部分的医生都曝光,受害者慢慢去调
查,追查他们吧。

的了。
健身游本来在 stroke 之间应该就是漂,因为健身平衡觉。。。Stroke 应该 full
power,肌肉练习。。。绝对速度不是唯一指标。。。小花碎步式游的快也不一定健身
效果就好。 |
