医生罢工，医院应该有责任调配其他医生（当然在国外就是高价请临时替代医生作为处
理方法），如果医院闻声不动，那么就是医院拿病人当人质向医生施压。
on strike肯定会造成不公平，火车/航空罢工误工误点造成多少不公平？但是出了问题
就得解决，医院没有紧急应对措施也是不作为，产生的后果不能都算到医生头上。
底线是不能见死不救，但是大部分的日常诊疗工作不是危及生命的应该可以拒绝，如果
医生没有途径达到诉求，以非正常心态勉强工作对病人也是无利的。 |

Civ4的“远程”部队有First Strike，但是只给本部队迎战时提供，不给同格友军提供
。而且Civ4的First Strike初始很弱，要有优势必须靠升级，升First Strike算下来一
般还不如升Strength划算，所以有点鸡肋。Civ3的“远程”部队可以给同格友军防守时
提供First Strike辅助。这个比较符合现实，有点各兵种协同作战的感觉。
我的理想远程攻击模型是：1.还是要坚持用First Strike的概念，而不是直接真的隔两
百公里的远射。2.要把First Strike能力和基本作战能力分开，不要像Civ4那样盲目追
求一个battle strength解决所有问题。对于冷兵器时代的弓兵，要大大加强First
Strike能力，削弱Battle Strength，这样弓兵在野外作战时必须依附肉搏兵发挥作用
，这样更加符合事实。3.对Civ3的模型也应该改进，让部队进攻时，First Strike也能

全母乳宝宝，四个月的时候出现reflux症状，当时我不知道是reflux（新妈妈经验少啊
），具体表现为：常常archback，不好好吃奶（本来是吃得挺好的）甚至拒绝妈妈的
nipple（其实小人一直很喜欢胸喂的），一抱着靠近胸前就大哭，凑近就扭头，就算勉
强吃点奶，不一会儿就能听见有东西上涌的声音，但是没有吐出来，又很快咽回去了。
白天外婆瓶喂的时候稍好些，但是也比原来吃得少，外婆被小人弄得精疲力尽，跟我说
“就差没跪下来求她喝了”，估计也就是外婆知道这样做没用，否则早就跪了。
这样大概持续了两个礼拜，宝宝每天的奶量从原来的30 oz左右降到15 oz不到，我一到
喂奶的时候就以泪洗面，又气又急，心疼得要命可是又无能为力的感觉。我甚至觉得她
literally很恨我，虽然理智告诉我这根本不可能，但是小东西的nursing strike让我
这个新妈妈感受到从没有过的frustration。上班的时候一个同事随口问起我宝宝的近
况，我都不争气地掉泪（好在人家也是两个孩子的妈妈，才没有被我吓到）。我想那两
