Valid on any of the following NERF Blaster products: Vulcan EBF-25,
LongStrike CS-6 Raider Rapid Fire CS-35, Recon CS-6, Stampede ECS, Deploy CS
-6, Nite-Finder EX-3, Barricade RV-10, Maverick REV-6.
STEP #1: Purchase a qualifying nerf blaster between 2/1 and 3/31
STEP #2: Print out this Order Form and fill it out completely. Make sure to
indicate which blaster youve purchased on this form (below).
Only the blasters listed above are eligible. If you qualify for more than
one set of darts, please fill out a seperate form for each.
STEP #3: Enclose your original register receipt (Gifts receipts and copies
will not be accepted) indicating the purchase of a qualifying
NERF N-STRIKE BLASTER. On the original register receipt, write the UPC code
# (This is the 10 numbers found below bar code
at the bottom of the packaging of the eligible product) for the qualifying
product. We recommend that you print and keep a copy of
the register receipt for your own records.
STEP #4: Mail your Order Form and original receipt(s) to:
