I. 训练的基本原则。
1) 最重要的是跑步姿势，这点讨论过很多。个人认为forefoot strike和midfoot
strike最佳，heel strike危险系数比较大。关键是落脚轻，paw-back, 保持膝盖一定
的弯曲（即使是脚往前伸的时候），落脚点在身体重心下方。小步高频比较安全。
2) 10% rules: 每周Mileage增加不超过10%，每周的speed work (interval, tempo,
repeats)不超过总Mileage的10%.

8个月第一次重新开是跑步，身高5'10"， 体重170，目标145，时间3个月。
edit：差了心率表，偶近八个月没跑步了不是4个月，看了理想身材，从新把目标设在

路程：5.55迈
心跳（avg）：163bpm
速度: 13:31 per mi
热量消耗：620cal。忙活一个小时，大概也就是2罐可乐的热量。
速度低，且心跳偏高了，刚开始，下次估计还不如这个，慢慢地才会好起来。
下午吃了3.5磅黄樱桃当晚饭，加2个小面包，4个小时之后去跑步的。

absolutely. I currently do all of my runs on forefoot.
forefoot strike is supposed to make you land your feet EVEN LIGHTER. I make
much less sound with forefoot
strike than heel strike. On the trail pedestrians often don't hear me coming
up from behind.
Judging by your history of running you are likely to abuse yourself no
matter what form you do.:) You still have
to obey the rules with forefoot strike, 10% etc. Hard surface will still
make a difference - it will put more stress

推荐heel striking，也想改，昨天跑了一次，感觉用脚掌很奇怪，摩擦脚掌前部很热
，没多久就小腿有些隐隐作痛。然后又改回平时的跑资，就没什么问题了。

几乎所有的elite都是heel strike，除非他们集体傻了，必然是heel strike是好的
running form。
另外，marathon elite都是从5K-10K练出来，年轻的时候跑track，都是forefoot
strike。但是跑马都heel strike。他们不可能是calf不够强，但是都改了。
当然不能盲目学elite。

With the way Singapore labor law is written, there are NOTHING but illegal
strikes as far as workers of essential services sectors are concerned. They
had to submit notice of strike 14 days in advance, AND THE MANAGEMENT HAS
TO SIGN IT for it to be legal. This is a fundamentally unfair and unjust
law.
The drivers had been voicing their grievances with the management for half a
year already. I doubt they have never made the threat to strike before.
