该不该换个别的医生。恳请大家帮着瞧瞧 。万分感谢。
高烧１０天，咳嗽１４天。抗生素吃了４天后，症状没有好转。４天前开始腹泻。没有
皮疹／关节红肿疼痛／眼症。炎性指标增高，但白细胞正常。胸片显示支气管增粗，提
示病毒性肺炎可能。腹部B超正常。病人具体情况如下。
5 yo female with persistent cough x 14 days and fever x 10 days. Fever runs
102-104 F, but does normalize when given motrin or tylenol. Symptom no
improvement after 4 days of Azithromycin. Began to have loose stool /watery
diarrhea for past 3-4 days. She had complained of abdominal pain (mostly

五月底六月初就在學校放暑假前，為了讓我的這次行程引起學校同學更多的關注，爸爸
幫我做了一個展示牌放在學校校園里。爸爸在網上偶爾看到了一位黃先生所拍的這個村
子的照片，爸爸希望我們完成這次行程之後我可以動員我的朋友和校友一起通過各種募
捐來幫助這里的人。爸爸在展示牌上貼了一些孩子們的照片，他們的眼睛都盯著你看，
臉上泥跡斑斑，曬得又黑又髒。一眼就看的出來他們一無所有，而在我們圣馬力諾，我
們有iPads，Janoskis（名牌球鞋）和Priuses （流行日本油電兩用環保車）。山村里
的人們的家里甚至都沒有什么家具。羅老師家最好的東西就是靠墻邊的三張小床。學校

我们家常备这2样，保证每天小朋友们都吃一点，小孩子也容易便秘的。
虽然我家2个什么蔬菜都吃，南瓜叶都能吃的小朋友有的时候还是会有点大便困难的。
还有一个就是miralax，是粉末的OTC药，小孩也能喝的，大人一盖子，小朋友半盖子，
比stool softner好一些。

重程度可能不一样，如果是人就要去emergency了，但猫咪可能是偶然，也可能是
gastroarthritis，或者是有什么irration包括hairball引起，会吐出a stream of
blood，让我不要惊慌。她问了我猫咪都act normal不，我说都很正常。然后她说让我
观察接下来他们有没有任何异常，loose stool之类的。我赶紧说，酥饼这两天都是
soft stool，虽然不能叫拉稀，但比较软。她马上说，她觉得比较像酥饼了。让我今天
把酥饼的BB弄到袋子里，如果想做检查的话，we'll start from here。这个医生是他

晚上10点钟开始软化,我一指未开,软化一个小时后显示宝宝不喜欢那个软化的东东.护
士赶忙取出来,我开始宫缩.才宫缩了几下子,越来越强烈,太痛了,护士先是不让上麻药.
半小时后一看,发现开了4,5指,赶紧上麻药.
上了麻药,一个小时,开了10指,bag出来了.医生半天找不到,等医生来了水都破在了床上.
push了几下,医生看我使不上力,用个洗盘把宝宝弄出来.2度撕裂.时间早晨2点半.

Match的结果终于尘埃落定，周1等电邮的时候非常紧张，因为成败就在此了，虽然一直
告诉自己，今年只是热热身，成败都可以接受，但到真的揭晓的时候，还是很紧张，毕
竟一旦卷入其中就身不由己，何况自己也还是有所付出。到周4等match program的时候
虽然也有点紧张，但程度已经大大减少，1个原因是毕竟match上才是头等大事，去哪里
尚在其次，还有1个原因是心理还是有所准备了，虽然希望留在home school，但直觉告
诉我恐怕是非常困难了，在我rank list上第二位的program应该就是我要去的地方，果
不其然。经过几天的等待，发现果然是要搬家了。

看这个版也有几年了，一直觉得这个版挺和谐，有很多有用的帖子。我一般不大记得住
ID, 能记住的有老刀，acne, teabao, Eric， 还有一个前版主（个人偶像：此人在IT
浪潮时下海做了码工，考板热时成功考板match, 不记得ID了，只记得他的头像是他女
儿，极cute）。不过最近有点乱，有英语语法癖 （个人很反感，尽量跳过，跳不过就
只好当吃苍蝇了），有26岁问自己是不是太老的（use you common sense, please），
这不又有99er考经是不是炫耀贴。平心而论，有些是有一些炫耀的意味在里面。不过呢
，一是有可能不经意的，二是不影响交流。现在可好，有人抱怨一下，有人砸，乱了套
了。现在我带头发一下我的非99er考经和不成功的match经历。

However, in an inpatient setting, FOBT test does not change too much on
management.
If on rectal exam, you don't see melena, maroon stool, or fresh blood, but
FOBT is positive, in an inpatient setting, you will most likely follow H/H
again. In fact, even if I don't do FOBT, if I see a H/H drop, I'll still
follow H/H again. A responsible GI physician will not do an emergent scope
