week after sinking to a 14-year low earlier in the month.
Initial claims for unemployment benefits increased by 23,000 to a seasonally
adjusted 302,000 in the week ended July 26, the Labor Department said

就是基础了. 以后的发展都是研究解N–S方程. 因为N-S方程除了一些非常特定的条件,
都没有解析解. 即使是数值解, 也必须加很多假定.
