两个人吃的像痴呆一样，最后就是机械咀嚼运动，还吃不完，活生生被人笑话。因为店
里人也不多，估计厨房和跑堂的都知道外面来了一对大胃猪头三。
鬼鬼祟祟吃完出门，对老公说，今天表叫我老婆，今天请叫我六条金菇妹。现在静服三
粒食母生，以观后效。 |

这几天在Rite Aid陆续拿回不少免费的沙丁鱼罐头，今天晚上我用五个沙丁鱼罐头烧了
一份菜，卖相一般但味道还不错，老公很赞。这个鱼罐头有点小骨头，但很酥，大人吃可以忽略不计。
做法：很简单哦～～
１。因为这个鱼肉很容易散，烹调的时候时间不能长，也不能翻炒，所以
必须先腌去腥。
腌制沙丁鱼的方法：把鱼放在一个大碗里，根据自己的口味，撒上盐、胡椒粉、料酒、酱油、糖、花椒、辣椒、姜末等，我还加了几颗辣豆豉，腌泡的时间长点更好，如果等着吃那半小时也行。
２。炒配菜：根据自己冰箱里的菜，随意吧。油锅烧热，蒜片爆香，然后下洋葱丝翻炒几下，再加自己喜欢的青菜（我这次用了芥蓝菜的杆切片，脆，有点象窝笋），加了点蒜苗。菜稍软后倒入腌好的沙丁鱼，把切好片的蘑菇一起放入，可以小翻一下，盖上锅盖，先大火再转中小火两

本文章的LZ，借了钱，不但不能将利润加倍扩大，还要亏本，因为钱放进银行，拿0.5%
利息，但要还4-5%利息，不是要亏本吗。
