其实，左渣杀手采用的bump stock射击方式效率极低
1000多发子弹才打死59人
杀伤效率～20发/人
射击时间约10分钟。
除了制造现场混乱外，单纯讲枪杀效率上，极低。
如果凶手采用半自动单发射击，枪上配备精确的瞄准镜，枪前加装消音装置进行暗杀的
话，根据1969年2月14日查克•马维尼在越南的实战纪录，M14,30秒毙敌16人，均
为步行中的敌军，不是静止目标。
也就是说单发射击慢速移动目标可以达到2秒/发，一发致命.
在300米的距离，一般步枪点射都能达到精确度在心脏大小，2-3英寸，基本上一枪致命。
10分钟半自动单发射击，至少可以精确射击静止目标200-300次，就算50%致命率，也可
以杀掉100人以上。
美国人应该庆幸，枪手不够专业，射击方式不合理。否则至少死一百人。

Technology
It could be confusing that we put tech as a standalone sector. While a lot
of high-tech companies are selling to enterprises, many others are making
consumer products, so we can also categorize them into consumer product
sector. However, I think tech has something special so it is worth to treat
it separately.

Stock market still hangs there around 1100 (S&P).
So stock market is more optimistic than bond market. but sadly, bond market
predicated the past several recessions correctly before any sign reflected
in the stock market.
A little concerned about spread tightening in bond market now. when treasury
is priced razor thin yield, it's hard to imagine an effective QE to rescue
the market again if double dip indeed happens. |

My company allows to open a brokerageLink in 401K, so I can buy individual
stocks.
If your company's plan does not allow that. You could check whether you can
roll over your 401K to an IRA. I believe normal IRA would allow you to trade
individual stocks.
Generally, there's tax advantage using 401K/IRA.
Of course, you can be like Buffet and hold stock forever and don't pay a
penny of tax. |
