market price.
The risk though, both require very high margin. If you don't have
enough assets in your trading account, you may be forced to liquidate
your hedge hand way before your vested date if the stock goes up.

have risk if you don't enough assets. If you want to limit that
risk, you can also buy a leap call at much higher strike to
reduce the margin requirement.
