LEASING OFFICE向管理员说明了. 他们答应要调查.周二我又去问进展,他们居然说空调
是好的,做不了什么.我又没有要求他们给住户换空调,只是要求把那架空调清洁一下,去
掉异味,我觉得我没有很过分吧.但是没有人来做这个事情.周三上午,当那个空调工作的
时候,我又把管理员叫来闻,他也承认有味道,说会处理;下午,刚刚修理工来了,一个70多
80的的老头,硬是说没有味道,是空调正常的味道(空调应该是臭的吗?).我又把那个管理

When I did my living room and 3 bedrooms hard wood floor installation last
year, we didn't have a plan to do the stair. Then in the middle of the
project, the contractor said he could give us $80/step. So we finished the
stair which was from living room to bed rooms. I think $80/step is a market
rate with the combination with other rooms hard wood installation. But he
did mention that we won't get that price if we did stair separately.

You can use quarter round molding.
They should also have a stair nose molding you can use for the stair if you
decide not to make your own stairs. This will work with your existing

神还是不错
不过 LZ的问题 如果只是stairs 那就只用修这部分好了
简单一点就是重新level一下底上那块concrete pad 用蛮力或者mud jacking都行 不过
这样过几年可能再歪掉 需要重做 但通常每年的形变不会那么大 做一次还是能管很久的
永久一点的办法是 砸了现在的歪pad 重新挖洞浇水泥到frost line一下 再在上面浇
pad 再把木结构装回去 不建议这么作
所以 stairs都好办 关键是看main deck变形多大 拿个spirit level和plumb bob测测
水平竖直 这部分最好自己作 不然请谁来eval 恐怕都是问题很严重 非纠正不可 |

I think the front of the house does not look nice from the pics. The backyard
is really nice though. |
