是指公司自
身的资格和规模，能否支持我申请H1B， 所以一直都是回答"Yes,as an international
student, I do need a sponsorship".
今天突然意识到，在雇主的理解中，“sponsorship”好像是指资金支持，而我是可以
接受自己出律师
费的，我只是要求公司qualify即可。所以想跟大家确认一下，当雇主问我是否需要
sponsorship的
时候，到底是不是在问我是否需要雇主资金支持？那么我应该怎样回答比较恰当？

sponsorship recently and in the future，（如果直接在背景上写 需要sponsorship
他们根本不给我电面机会。）
但是电面时问到身份问题，回答时我都说我是F1 签证，这样他们就继续问你是否需要
sponsorship我就说那过了一年我需要一个extention 或者 过两年半如果我还是很感
兴趣的话需要H1B保持合法性？但是两个隔天都给我发拒信，也不说原因。
所以我不知道应该怎么回答这个问题了， 有经验的师兄师姐能否不吝赐教 |

I think that is cheating if you say "No Need", in fact you are not.
During a phone interview or on-site interview, you can explain you do not need sponsorship in 2.5 year but in the future you may need. ("may" here means you can get Green card by urself or from your Spouse's side).
However when fill the on-line application, you have to say "yes, you need", otherwise ppl will think it is not honest.

发帖数: 283 | 8 我的waiver的中方部分最近刚完成，前几天收到邮件说10/27会向DOS寄出不持异议信。
可是我所在的J1 program发生变动。我的J1 是NASA以contract形式向外部机构承包的
，从明年1月开始更换到另外一个机构来管理，到时候J1需要换到这个新的sponsorship
。他们也告知，如果我们其中有J1 waiver已经approved，将无法更换到新sponsorship
，看来这也是因为J1 waiver通过之后禁止更换项目。这突然的变动着实让人难办。我
想请教，DOS网站上还无法查到我的Case number，不知是否还没有开始处理。在这种情
况下，如果新的机构现在愿意加急给我换sponsorship，是不是不会对waiver和以后换
身份有影响？
另外我的funding本质上来自美国政府，不知道是不是会影响waiver。

Do you now or will you in the future require employer visa sponsorship?
只能填yes or no
我现在不需要重新申请H1，只需要transfer就好，需不需要公司的visa sponsorship呢？
填了yes的话我担心人家简历都不看就直接把我据掉了
以前找工作的时候就遇到过这样的情况
都不敢乱填了5555555~~~~~~~~~~
PS，交简历最后还问了性别和种族，我倒是没填，不过总觉得有点奇怪，特意这么问还

过感觉，这个公司HR对外国人不是很友好。估计没戏。
还请经验丰富同学，给点意见。是否还有回旋余地。还有就是这次中介太捣浆糊了。也
算长经验了。

是占用名额的问题而已。
对大公司，你的回答明确是YES,需要。大公司的政策是既定的，不会跟你讨价还价，不
要有任何侥幸心理，你说不需要。他们最后给你OFFER,你再说需要H1B TRANSFER,实际
就是SPONSORSHIP,他们根据公司的POLICY，会明确收回OFFER.
小公司可以撒个谎先，等给了OFFER,再说需要TRANSFER.甚至自己掏钱办，其实自己掏
钱也是非法的，但拿到工作再说了。
楼主必须在1-2个月内找到工作，其实身份已经黑了。 |

我们得自己出钱办绿卡。这样的话，我们是应该找一个自己的律师，还是医院本身就有
律师？是不是只有私立的医院才提供Sponsorship？因为是第一次找工作，心里没底，
不知道应该先干什么再干什么。不知道有没有哪位XDJM可以交流一下找工作的经验？先
