got the job 'cause I don't need sponsorship. But my visa is going to change
to H4 in Sep. 2012. So I am planning to get another job looking for
transferring me from L2 to H1B when I lost my L2 status.
Do you know what kind of Org. is more likely to provide H1B sponsorship?

he has decent income to support the family, then it is really not a big
deal.
As for your question, it is true that almost all kinds of orgz can sponsor
H1B visa, the problem is to find one which will sponsor you, since you will
have legal status staying here, just keep on looking ...
