不太懂你在问什么。你是想找一个方法来分开不同大小的球状物体(Sphere)? 还是
想找一种作为尺度分离柱(size exclusion column)的树脂胶体(resin Sphere)?
对于蛋白和特别小的球状物体(小于10nm),可以用滤膜或者分离柱来分开。分离柱材
料最常见的就是sephedex, 不同规格有不同的分离能力,具体看产品标定。
对于球状物体,如果体积比较大(超过10nm),可以用gradient centrifugation离心法
来分离。

Let me make it more clear.
suppose you are given a N by M matrix F, which is the values of the dens
ity function on the sphere, the corresponding coordinates are
x(i,j) = cos(theta(i))*cos(phi(j))
y(i,j) = cos(theta(i))*sin(phi(j))
z(i,j) = sin(theta(i))
I can plot the density on the sphere no problem, but as I said there are
holes in poles due to theta phi values.
For display purpose, I want to fix the wholes.

想在国内配几副眼镜过来,我家一家老小,10几年都是在一家老店配的。所以很放
心,价格也很公道。
目前在美国测光,但是知道和国内的那个眼睛度数咋匹配,哪位大侠给指点一下:
R.EYE: SPHERE -11.25; CYLINDER +2.0, AXIS X96
L.EYE: SPHERE -12; CYLINDER +2.25, AXIS X72

Is there anybody can help me to solve this question:
A sphere of radius=R0 has gas in it;
There has a potential V(R)=V0*exp[-(R-R0)/a].
The atoms are colliding in the sphere, and the potential acts on the particles.
The question is:
How to get the Fourier transform of V(t), i.e.
Integral(from -inf to +inf) [V(t)*V(t+tau)]*exp(-i omega t) d tau
you may consider potential is much smaller than the kinematic energy, if
otherwise too difficult to solve.
