you can wash your cat with dawn dish soap it shouldn't be harmful to sores
while the flea treatment would be. Also you probably do need to see a vet
though it does just sound like scratching from fleas bath the cat first then
if the sores clear start to clear up if not then see a vet about it. |

就还是去看specialists吧。
去年年初的时候喉咙痛，扁桃体肿大，一直拖着没看医生，后来感染传播到气管以致咳
嗽难以入睡才去看了PCP，当时查strep(+)。 PCP开了cefuroxime, 因为咳喘还开了激
素。抗生素用完后好很多，但没有完成恢复，还有些咳，扁桃体还是一样大。再次看
PCP，又开了azithromycin, 那次PCP怀疑我有哮喘，还做了简易的PFT测试，又开了
advir，不过我没用，光吃抗生素，后来好了，不过扁桃体一直比较大。再后来过了几
个月，又喉咙痛，咳嗽。再次看PCP，问PCP， 我这扁桃体老是肿大，老是喉咙痛，是
不是摘掉会好些呀。PCP说你这扁桃体那大了，人家多的是比你的大的了，没事的。PCP
还怀疑我是不是有GERD,问你晚上有没有觉得有东西反胃呀，我说没有。（Ps, 在这次
之前也有过一次喉咙痛，扁桃体大，去看过这个PCP，那次strep(-),当时吃了
Azithromycin，好了，扁桃体就缩小回去了。）

夫陪同来的，说他昨天看了另一个医生，给了Z-Pak，已经开始好转了，所以女的也想
要Z-Pak。
OK, 于是我给她例行听肺，先听后面，再听前面。结果转到前面听她左肺，站在她前面
，让她吸一口气，病人一吸就大咳一声，正喷在我的脸上。当时心里就暗叫不好，碍于
面子，还是当作啥都没发生，继续完成了PE，看完了才洗脸洗手。病人拿了Z-Pak高兴
的走了。
结果昨天晚上我就开始sore throat, productive deep cough, 今天早上开始fever,
想起来症状跟那病人简直一模一样，赶紧跑到学校医务室，跟NP说了情况，再三恳求说
虽然我知道你们一般要咳两个星期才给抗生素，但我这个的因果关系很明确，肯定是细
菌性的，而且肯定吃了Z-Pak就好。磨了半天嘴皮，NP给开了Z-Pak，还揶揄说，你要是
吃了没好，那你就知道你自己诊断错了。
结果中午吃了dose #1，现在sore throat已经基本消除了。
以此记本人悬壶以来的第一次工伤，呵呵。

1) Bikila LS
Why LS ? LS 就是 lace system, 主要适合高脚背和宽脚掌的人。
Sole：
第一双VFF是Bikila LS. 穿bikila主要是road running. 也穿Bikila跑过treadmill.
穿了快一年了，积累的mileage不算多。
我在店里试过不是LS的bikila， 根本就是穿不进去，后来知道不是鞋的问题，是我的
脚背太高。后来在网上定了bikila LS, 鞋刚到手的时候，还真的费了点劲，可能是新
鞋比较紧，不过应该不是大小的问题，因为穿进去以后，不觉得小。穿了一两个礼拜后
，基本上很容易穿了。
穿VFF 的感觉，很像女生穿flat的感觉，估计女生穿VFF会适应的快些。和穿flat 不同
的，就是五指插开。有的人不喜欢，觉得有种脚趾被绑死的感觉，我倒觉得还好，挺舒

显然这个词是猪头🐷的意思。

下面是我女儿在高中三年级（2015-2016学年）选修高中《美国历史大学先修课》（AP
American History）时所写的学期论文（junior thesis）。本地高中学生一般公认高
中文科最具挑战的课程就是《美国历史大学先修课》。我女儿总体上比较爱好理工科课
程，对我这个文科专业的父亲来说，总觉得高中文科的课程也是极有意义的。然而我女
儿是一名多年参加体操俱乐部系统训练（每周要有20多小时的体操训练，还要加上外出
参加比赛的时间）的运动员，因此对选修这门阅读量很大的美国历史大学先修课程颇有
顾虑。我考虑到这门课程的对女儿的阅读，思维和写作都有很大帮助，就极力鼓励她选
修这门课程，并且“保证”如果学期成绩只能获得B也不会有所“责难”。最后女儿“
不知深浅”地选修了这门高中文科重头课程，即使在就读期间她还一直有点“耿耿于怀
”。
这门美国历史的大学先修课的教师是一位从非洲移民过来的具有博士学位的50多岁的教
