转让今天3月中才买的ski carrier，就去了几次tahoe。

我穿鞋一般是6号，有时候5.5-6.5。
snowboard是红色的，长度好像是130或者135CM
上面的binding是去年新换的（之前的坏掉了），新BINDING花了我120多刀
一共包括：雪板，上面的靴子，BINDING。
总之，自己找一套厚的衣服，就可以去滑雪了。
价格我们商量商量吧。我也不知道要多少合适。

until I'm proficient in snowboarding.
I actually don't know what I'm gonna do in that show room......I have full
set gear of snowboarding from head to toe, 3 snow jackets, 3 snow pants, not
to mention those hats and gloves I got when I saw them. I had to get myself
out of Burton last Sunday before I get "crazy" again.
Will check some gears out maybe. |

想找坡不太陡的，因为还控制不好下滑的速度。
还想找坡比较宽的，因为转弯转的不好，坡窄的怕摔。

个人每人35块钱的样子，包括了所有的东西: free day pass, free lift, free
snowboard rentals, free snowboarding shoes rental)。
我知道有个老师教得特别好，所以想回去找他上一两次的private lesson。
有人想一起去的吗？我还需要找个地方crash。可能会带一个小朋友（不小了，22岁的
小朋友）一起去。

completely flat. LIE your snowboard on the snow and attach your front foot to

ski的入门很简单 但是真正滑好 最少要2年吧
snowboard入门很难 换刃熟练了至少摔残几次 但是一旦会换刃了 想滑出漂亮的carve也
就容易了
【freestyle】
snowboard做freestyle更容易 上手更快 无论是jump or box&rails
ski玩freestyle需要很强的腿部力量，每次jump之后，没有力量，就不可能把板子调好
。但是ski的freestyle高手绝对可以完成所有boarder高手能做的动作（除了butter是b
oard特有的）
【GS/Slalom】
ski的优势实在太明显了，启动时可以加速，carve也不会有太多打滑，即使雪面很多
冰。毕竟比board在转弯时多一条刃着地啊。

不知道你喜欢滑什么,如果滑PARK,要选短点儿,软点儿的板, Carving, 要选硬点儿, 长
板. 雪板长度主要是按体重选的,按你的身高,如果是正常的体重,可能要选156 - 161的板.
我知道的几个好牌子:
Burton, Never summer, Forum, Ride, Rome.
买旧板子不如买新的. On Sale 时并不很贵.
这里有个Deal, 你可以参考. Never Summer 的新板子, 长160 ,Coors啤酒图案,才$159

时行程之内的地方滑雪。

Protection 的手套会好很多。

发帖数: 7955 | 49 1.不撅屁股，上半身和板面保持垂直然后向后坐，速度越快可以往后坐的越多
2.不怕摔board才能学的快
3.踮脚的话没几秒就很累了，重量压在靴子上以后顺势抬脚后跟
4.想像一个以板面为顶点的倒圆锥，人必须在这个圆锥以内才能保持平衡。速度越快重
心越高这个圆锥越小。上半身和板面垂直人肯定在圆锥内，如果上半身向前弯太多就从
圆锥里出去了，所以要直着腰滑。
5.这个也用圆锥来解释，速度慢的话圆锥大，重心高也没问题。速度越快重心越要压低
。速度很慢的时候也得略弯一点以保持重心稳定。
6.有两种可能：板没有过fall line，或者重心没有前移，linked turn练熟了以后完全
不需要推板。heel/toe转换的时候切记重心放在前腿，和fall line完全平行以后重心
再向heel or toe方向移动。可以把前面的手伸出来指向想走的方向，以上半身来带动
下半身。
