另外，无意冒犯snowboarders (I know we take this stuff seriously, haha)。我有
十年（断断续续的哈）的board历史，两年的ski历史。我老大儿子（刚过十岁）也是两
样都玩儿。但好像更into ski。现在在ski team就更感觉要放弃snowboard了似的。有
点可惜。

意了。最大的快乐还是来源于研究，练习，然后感受自己一点一点提高的这个过程。
SNOWBOARD要练到满山滑也很难，在MOGUL里更酷不起来。但我喜欢它在一些基本
FREESTYLE上的自由度。 |

，我觉得问题主要是坐lift的时候，当时坐lift的时候，不侧身，就觉得左脚提
snowboard很吃力，需要右脚顶着，现在两个星期了，差不多好了，膝盖完全伸直往下
压还是会有点疼
我是不是什么地方做错了？坐lift需要尽量侧身？人多的时候，根本无法实现啊
还是需要调整鞋套的方向，当时鞋套的方向是稍稍向外张了一点 |

也是灵机一动就改了租snowboard了。发现用力方法，平衡方法和ski 完全风马牛不相
及。 第一次下坡儿基本上是靠的是平沙落雁式了。好在有一高手(mm）在旁边加以指点
，非但没有嘲笑， 反而句句说到我错误的要害，上身紧张，僵硬，重心没有移动到位
。。。 仔细体会一下，发现人在不适应的时候，紧张的时候，产生的直觉反应，基本
上都是错误的，有多错呢，根正确的基本正相反。。 自己滑的时候，大着胆子去尝试
高手指点的方法，结果果然不同凡响。四个小时下来，我基本能过冲下蓝道了，而且可
以在坡缓的地方成功的切换脚跟和脚尖的边儿了 （change the toe and heel edges
so the same foot heading downhills). 我知道这里高手如云。这点儿水准实不足为
道。 但毕竟是人生第一次。 希望我的感受对想新学此好的朋友会有帮助。特此一记。

snowboard刚学摔的惨一些，上手比较快。靴子穿着走路舒服。喜欢去park跳的boarder
比较多
ski刚学的时候快一点，以后要提高比较花时间。塑料靴不好走路。要去backcountry的
skier比较多
你可以去滑雪版看看精华区啥的。我知道几个人经常滑，欢迎一起去 |
