今天打boxing打得真爽！特给力！
连路过的PT都说：这孩子真是喜欢punch啊！瞧她打得多aggressive~
PT也说我打得像个fighter。。。哈哈！
boxing彪心跳太厉害了，打一个set下来就只有喘气的份儿了。
因为打boxing太爽了，今天的WT练得比较少。
幸好我去得早，自己先抡了半天的kettlebell。今天swing的感觉甚好，已经可以单手
swing到20磅了，质量也好，高快多，每只手都能连做三四十下。。还可以两手轮换做
15磅的。Snatch也感觉比上次好，尤其是没有伤过的左手，做10磅已经比较流畅了，右
手还是有点勉强。最后那组swing我对着墙练得时候，PT悄悄地来了，站在我背后看，
看完了夸我说：I feel so proud of you! 他分析说我的snatch不好，可能是手腕的爆
发力有欠缺，这也可能是为啥我的一向较弱的左手反倒比右手给力，因为手腕没有伤过。
今天PT拿了个绳子绑在我腰上，从背后拉住我，叫我跑步。。。妈呀，根本跑不出去，

发帖数: 798 | 2 嗯，刚去查了一下啥是deadlift和snatch，敢情都跟举重似的啊，那是可以上大重量。
不过p90x里的大重量不多。所以如果只要做p90x的，我觉得552还是够了～要是像你一
样的练，就可以上1090。不过我觉得一般人还是很少像你这么练吧～
你不要拿你的胳膊根我的腿比，胳膊拧不过大腿呀 :)deadlift主要练背后那一片，包
括背 腰 臀 大腿(hamstring)snatch乍一看是用手臂抡起来的，其实用的是全身......

原本上mall物色lv去的，结果遇到意外惊喜。neiman marcus的consolidation sale之
后剩下的最后一桌包，我眼睛毒一堆包里一眼瞄到了这颗gem，一伸手捞了起来。chloe
家包基本不go on sale，然后这只居然经过了一周末的consolidation sale都没人
snatch走。一直听chloe质量好，但paraty啊marcie我一直不太喜欢，觉得太rustic了
，chloe出这包时间不长，我在ruelala上也见过几次了，包型还挺喜欢的，但都没有这
个颜色好看，所以相对也就觉得价格还不够可爱一直没下手，今天在neiman见到食物，
果然惊艳，折后再addtional 25% off 最后相当于4折拿下，惬意死了～

入秋就歇着了，吃得好睡得好喝得更好，就是懒得去锻炼，长膘飞快，一下子就210多
磅了。
二月份恢复了一下，每星期专门锻炼两次，打一到两次篮球。一共跑了12迈，体重
210磅（月初）。
三月一号正式开始锻炼，每星期去体育馆4.5次左右（跑步+健身），篮球两次。一共
跑了50迈，体重208磅（月初）。
四月强化，每星期去体育馆5.5次左右（跑步+健身），篮球两次。一共跑了66迈，体重
204磅（月初）。
五月强化，每星期去体育馆6次左右（跑步+健身），篮球两次。一共跑了83迈，体重
202磅（月初）。
六月强化，每星期去体育馆6次左右（跑步+健身），篮球两次，到今天刚好跑了70迈，
体重196磅（月初），昨天189磅，估计这个月能跑90迈，体重能稳定在190以下。
每次都是先跑步30到60分钟，然后再健身，精力有限，就不冲击大重... 阅读全帖 |

达到一定程度，再提高也不会对你从事的运动有多大帮助。比如,snatch对于fighter
来说，50个就是points of ｄｉｍｉｎｉｓｈｉｎｇ ｒｅｔｕｒｎｓ。 能做50个的
对能做35个的在格斗时有很大优势， 但能做70个的对能做50个的并没多大优势。也就
是说，你能snatch 50个以后再提高，投入的时间和精力并不合算，应该把功夫用在其
他动作上或者fighting本身的训练上。

发帖数: 599 | 7 这个动作属于snatch的分解动作之一，无法spot,正如所有的power动作一样。不行的时
候唯一正确的方法是向前扔杠铃。 这个动作对于普通健身者来说没必要上大重量，小
重量锻炼平衡肌即可。
开始的时候一般通过snatch或者push jerk把杠铃举过头顶。复位的时候视重量而定，
如果和你做push press5RM的分量差不多，则下降至前胸，放下。
如果很重，比如clean 2RM的分量，直接向前扔掉。 |

觉得用GRIP PLATE 做KB的动作翻腕不方便,容易磨腕骨
using grip plate, right mostly, left shoulder some small injury
1)swing and alternate swing, 35lbs
2)snatch, 35 lbs hold plate without fliping wrist, kind of hard, can only
do 2 REPS.
3)WEIGHTED PISTOL 55LBS DB
4) TURKISH GET UP, 35 LBS PLATE, 我还没有很仔细的读TGU的做法, 是自己琢磨回忆

AB WHEE ROLL OUT AT HOME

torso. (common sense physics tells us that that's something unbalanced to be balanced danamically, exertion of force needed somewhere to balance the unbalanced)
i did quiete some single arm swing/snatch last week... and single arm MP, single hand push up. not sure if it contributed to the pain in my rib or not. it is even not obvious which move caused the pain. the time the pain started is moderate bicycling... but |

就到53lb了。53到70费了一番功夫，连续25个后还不行，后来turkish getup有突破了
，snatch就水到渠成了。现在可以88lb的getup了，snatch 还差得多。
你能过渡一下最好了，不能的话，诀窍就是build volume.
你不会over grow kb,我倒是后来难度大了，还添加些小的 |

但是本文的观点是，毛泽东时代的宣传并没有任何虚假的成分，这和改开后干部啊精英
啊出国觉得美国生活水平高也不矛盾。下面就简单说一下理由。
首先，毛泽东是马克思主义者，毛泽东时代讲究阶级分析，因此当毛泽东观察西方的时
候，他首先是站在穷苦人的角度上的，也就是说，如果我是西方的穷人，我的生活是不
是很美好。那么五十年代西方穷苦人的生活好不好呢？不好，很不好。那怕是美国到了
二十一世纪，仍然每年都有14%以上的人口生活在贫困下以下，全国就有4000多万人，
吃不饱穿不暖。
这还不是问题的关键，关键还在于，这些穷苦人基本都没有多少改变自己命运的机会。
从生下来开始，就因为受到父母社会经济地位低下的影响，去不了好的学区上学，找工
作时也受歧视，很多只能找到临时工作，而且所住的社区的安全条件比中国差多了，黑
