简单阐述一下回复晚了的两点原因：
第一：
现在很少逛版上了，尤其是ebiz版，偶尔上二手市场发个帖求货
所以根本没有注意到有关于我的文章。
今天下午我群里的护士告诉我，版上有人攻击我，我这才上来看到帖子，当时在外面，

爬梯时候带去的，所以没有切开，后一张是去年做的，那时候方子还不成熟，里面组织
还不够细腻。
9寸springform烤盘
材料
1.5杯 graham cracker crumbs
1/4～1/2杯 融化黄油
1小勺肉桂粉
• 4盒 (8 ounce) 奶油奶酪
• 1.25杯白糖
• 3/4 杯牛奶
• 4个鸡蛋
• 1杯sour cream
• 1大勺香草精
• 2大勺低筋面粉
做法
1. 烤箱预热 325 F . 9寸烤盘涂油防沾，外面包裹两层铝箔纸
2. 混合消化饼和融化的黄油，加入肉桂粉，铺在烤盘底部
3. 在大腕里，mixer混合奶油奶酪和白糖直到smooth（不可以过度搅拌），用木勺
搅拌进牛奶，蛋液（一次次慢慢加）加 sour cream, 香草精，过筛面粉直到smooth，
倒入烤盘
4. 烤盘入烤箱，放在热水中水浴，烤箱中层烤1小时15分钟 |

昨晚烤的，放冰箱过夜，早上拿出来，切一块，凉凉的，甜甜的，美得不得了。

TFK的管子的确比其他的几个要好听，但是我的不是NOS的，也不是smooth plate,感觉
有些底噪，有可能买TFK 802S 会好很多吧，不过恶霸上最便宜的也要$200＋邮费，感
觉有点炒得过分了。下面有机会搞个TFK smooth plate or mullard打盹，或者那个吹
号boy。

Maple那7%里可能还包括gym啦office啥的，可是我就是不喜欢纹理，不喜欢rustic,喜欢smooth looking和亮色暖色
随之而来的担心是maple太smooth,本色又浅,划痕会很明显

If still looks smooth, top coating is enough.
After cleaning, drop a little water on the floor, then gently wipe it

我碰上过，丁版有可能也碰上
就是cabinet grade表面的那场veneer非常非常的薄(不是你看到的那层），你只要去
sand，一般来说就把那层给remove了，虽然摸起来非常的smooth，最近就是没有办法
stain，只能去paint。即使paint，也有讲究

我看到店里铺好的handscraped地面，是每块板长边都有点波浪起伏的，然后短边接头
那里稍微磨斜边和加深处理了，而smooth finish的板就是全部平的，smooth finish的
地板接头的地方反而感觉缝隙比较明显；handscraped有缝隙不过因为做的效果就显得
缝隙无所谓。
怎么贴附件。。。不会 |
