1. 跑步基本姿势：
长距离的跑步，也就是2迈以上，强调是效率。首先要注意的是不要故意迈大步子，要

complete article in the magazines dealing with open water swimming (they
seem to rehash the same basic stuff every few years). A lot of them talk
about how to draft, or tell you to look up every few strokes to stay on
course, but very few seem to deal with the subject in much detail.

在过去两年的自由泳学习过程中，我听到的建议都是头要低，收下巴，眼睛看正下方，
“swim downhill”，头低了，腿就浮起来了，减少阻力。
直到上周跟高阳游泳时，他给我指出我的头太低了，造成头一上（换气）一下，反而增
大了阻力。建议我头可以高一些，水面刚好高过眉毛就行了，这样游开水时也更容易换
气。我说那腿会不会沉得更厉害？他说等你打水练出来了下身自然就浮起来了。
于是我试了试把头抬高些，看pool的斜前方，好像的确游得更流畅些。
回来上网搜索相关资料，找到这篇Swim Smooth的文章是支持他的观点的。

calling the flop and reevaluating the turn seemed to be the best line. If
villain had anything worse than the nuts, he had to slow down on the turn
since you got position on him and you are likely to smooth call with nuts
anyway -- he cannot interpret your smooth call as weakness. So you got to
know where you are on the turn anyway.

I guess there are merit for both shoving and smooth calling. But one
thing is sure. we are not folding on the turn no matter what turn card comes
out. We have a set and there are already so much money in compared to our
stack. The smooth calling is to trap not for pot control. My image was
very loose for that game, I think shoving there can creditably rep a draw and

I have to say, it is a hell of fun.
The game runs very smooth, about 10% better (performance wise) than beta. I
have to turn everything to low to play beta. It is also very choppy in beta.
But, wow, the final version is so smooth, framerate is very stable.
Most problems occurred in beta are fixed. Bullet damage is reduced, now I

新车买了两个月了，也开了两千多迈了。总体感觉很满意，觉得选择了一辆适合自己的
车。
买这辆车之前家里有辆Smart，因为老婆和我都坐地铁上班，只是需要辆车周末吃饭买
菜逛超市，这辆车极好停车，用得很开心。突然需要换车的原因是老婆的新工作需要开
车去上班，每天往返70迈，Smart虽好，毕竟路噪比较大，路不好的时候也比较颠，而
且冬季将至，还是考虑买辆AWD的车。
买车之前就参照X3的价格申请了PenFed的新车36月贷款，利率低至0.9%，不借白不借。
所以预算上浮动比较大，看车的时候也是从两万到六万的车都看了。便宜一点的车看得
都是顶配，所以也都上三万了。
家里两人一狗，父母偶尔过来，所以只考虑compact SUV。

Linux user 用起来还是很好的，term 和 windows 的 SSH 差不多，但是run linux 的
一些小程序要smooth, 快很多，@interactive run.. 但是我基本上是 remote log in
cluster
散射问题比以前的mac 也要好很多，主要是很薄。但是还是会热,看小电影的时候，做
程序不会
漂亮女生用会比较轻巧。推荐一下，我是从T400缓过来的，轻很多。也可以用来看电影
，图片什么的
另外，VMWare 即使没有用boot camp, windows 的软件也运行的很smooth..比以前的
macbook 有很大进步。可以选文件分开或在一起。连我妈都会用

smooth than iPad3 (iPad3 running on iOS 6.0).
Experienced webpage zooming lag, gaming lag (Jewel Mania for example), while
these run pretty fine on iPad3.
At this point, we are only discussing smoothness, regardless of how the
differences come from.
And no matter what, trading off the smoothness is definitely a bad move for

其实我就想找一个一组非trivial 的（u,a,b） 就行（边界也随便），
但是u 不可以写成x only函数+y only函数的形式
还有a，b 不能是常数
我怎么凑都凑不出来
大家有什么好建议吗？
