find good time, e.g. not hungry, with clean diaper, baby in a good mood,
and baby looks at your eye, then you smile to the baby and see.
Usually for new parents it is just wrong timing smiling to babies. |

刚看到一个部分是关于训练孩子睡眠的。
简单说
一般是从四个月开始，但他们发现其实从两个月开始更加有效。这时间训练孩子独立睡
眠只需要三天。
晚上喂饱孩子时候把孩子扔床上，然后离开不要再打搅孩子，第二天早上再来看孩子。
孩子大概第一天和第二天会哭的比较厉害，第三天第四天就没事了。
具体文章参见下面。因为我对这便不熟悉，觉得有点夸张。他们说的是否真的这么简单
有效。当然，我逻辑上同意他们的说法，越早训练，孩子依赖性越容易摆脱，有可能事
半功倍。但不知道大家看法如何？

觉，也会突然躺地上翻滚大哭。他要抓弟弟的脸，大人不让，又是哭。每天断断续续哭
几十回，加起来能有三四个钟头。大人们这脑袋里全是他的哭声在回荡。这种状况已经

one of the guys that I was competing againse, I absolutely do NOT like him. So
, I knew I could lose to anyone but not him......maybe that's why I wasn't
smiling. =)
Will post my showcase waltz video from last Saturday after I get them (will
get them in 2 weeks I think). I was smiling A LOT in that one......no pressure
dancing, and just feeling beautiful =) |

好东西。保护眼睛，不用常充电，小巧易携带，这些优点都逐渐体会到了。我一开始也
下载了不少中文书(www.shucang.com)和版权过期的经典外文书，小拼字游戏(amazon)
等等。弄了几十本以后，就觉得太值了。 但是, 拥有了书不等于就会去读---对我来说
，免费的陈列性新书不容易看进去；而以前看过的书，我感觉用kindle查找也不方便。
kindle翻页比较慢，这对我寻找需要的段落很不力： 我一般只是记得大致章节和内容
，用kindle没法快速翻阅到材料的位置。
我倒是一直有逛书店的习惯--或是连锁大店如B&N，或是小门面的专业及二手书店，这
些都是消磨个把小时的好地方。大店可以喝茶休息，翻翻新书；小店有不少寻觅偶遇的
乐趣。 另外，书店多半有点人世的嘈杂，时人当下的趣味。对我来说，它们是比令人
昏昏欲睡的图书馆更好的休闲去处。 有了kindle之后，去书店更有趣了。以前在新书

拿了牛奶找个沙发半躺着一窝，抬眼一看，holy smoky, 对面是大饼脸帅锅一个，上身
穿合身前拉锁休闲毛衣，下身。。看不见。他抬眼看见我正在看他，我赶快smile，he
smiled back。然后各自看杂志，后来我心不在焉，两下就翻完杂志，闷头灌牛奶。
帅锅忽然说：“这个地方咖啡倒是不太好喝，你看杂志很快阿。。。”
