outback 是比 impreza大，但是还没有大到无视small overlap的地步，
而且13的outback没有特别对这个问题做优化，基本上就是只修改了一下侧airbag的设
置而已，所以能够acceptable也可以了。
你不信我可以预测后面那些full size的大suv几乎都不会small overlap有问题。 |

small overlap主要是两项
一项是气囊和安全带能不能有效的束缚司机头部
一项是面板和面板下面材料侵入安全笼的距离
equinox空间那么大，40-50mile的速度头基本上不可能撞到A柱，何况A柱还有气囊。
腿部离面板起码有20cm，rav4那种车不过侵入30cm而已， equinox不会比他差吧…… |

发帖数: 7856 | 7 Small overlap不是全部。其他的测试也要看。我觉得更需要看重的是侧面碰撞。另外
即使某项测试都是G，还要看看此项下面各item的测试和technical measurements，同
时参考车子的重量。
XC90的侧面structure是A，形变参数是-9.5。另外moderate front的形变参数也不太好
，远差于现在很多车型。值得一提的是，其他HIC，冲击力和加速度值等driver injury
参数，XC90都做得很好。这也显示了Volvo在安全技术上的功力（特别是，这是在10年
前做到的）。但形变参数差反映了安全笼强度不高，如果发生比测试环境更强的极端碰
撞，安全笼有更大的可能性被挤扁。
觉得“最安全的midsize suv”应该把途锐加进来，把现款XC90剔除。很奇怪为什么
IIHS把途锐列入了large SUV，其实途锐的重量和size都和XC90差不多。另外还有很多
车没被列入TSP/TSP+是因为还没测small overlap。 |

。现在我们搬出去，房东说他要扣200刀carpet cleaning & painting。我们觉得他太
欺负人了。一般small court的cost 是不是大概30-50刀？
PS:
我们30号搬走，房东说他1号paint了living room, bedroom,下一个房客2号搬进去，这
可能吗？新刷的油漆难道没有味道吗？ |

Was 1998 a bear year? Small-cap return was 10-20 percent lower than that of
Mid-cap and Large cap.
Was 2001 a bull year? Small-cap return was much better than that of other-

真的没见过这么不讲道理的房东，准备file small court了，一点经验都没有，不知道
麻烦不麻烦，要花多少钱？
房东一直不肯退还我们1000多的押金，他已经扣掉了500的清洁费用（他自己说不要我
们做清洁，做了也不算，他还要重做），还是扣着我们的1000多块钱不还，想尽了各种
理由，因为地毯和房间的清洁费他已经扣了，不能拿这个做借口，一开始先是说我们弄
脏了他客厅的墙，他要把所有房间的墙都刷一遍，这个费用$800要我们出，然后说主卧
室的closet的门拉起来滑动不顺畅，要修$250，一共1050，寄了个他自己写的帐单给我
们，这些钱刚好等于押金，所以他一分钱都不退了，我们给气坏了，打电话给他一直不
接，只好寄了一份很正式的信件给他（要求签名的），要他拿出证据证明我们弄脏了墙

开始卖，因为我已经签字了，并且说我现在最好找个律师。我想现在如果我什么都不做
，seller也不签字，那我的2000刀就不明不白的没了。但是根据HOA,我是应该可以拿回
我的deposit的。我现在准备去small court. 我想问一下，大家有律师可以推荐吗，我
是应该先走Mediationn，还是直接去small court.我也不知道自己该sue谁，是seller
还是borker，因为支票的名字是broker。如果是seller，我连他的地址都没有呀。我觉
得这个钱不能不明不白的就没了，总的给个说法。像我朋友告诉我的那样，我连个说理

我们发给他一封邮件，问他接不接受500块（其实根本不值得这个数），周六之前不回
，表示不接受，我们就file compliant。结果他没回，今天收到他的邮件说他已经告我
们到small claim court。真是超级无赖，满口似有非有的谎话，居然先告状。这个
small claim court也很奇怪，好像只能file claim用来要钱的，我们这样被 put
unfair mechanic lien 不能用。我们只有有冤无处申呀。气人！这个恶人先告状了，
是不是对我们不利？

死老墨是前任房客，我是房东。
是这样的，这个老墨今年1月的时候说要搬家，我就叫他签一个notice说明2月1号搬走
。然后我2月2日就去看他搬走没，一看家具什么的都已搬走，邻居也说他们走了，关键
是他们也把钥匙留在屋里了。
然后我就愉快的换了锁。但是屋子也没打扫，有些垃圾也没清理，厕所墙上还长了黑黑
的霉，地毯什么的也破了，屋里臭臭的恶心死了。我心想你的deposit别想要回去了。
接着老墨就莫名其妙的打了个电话给我，说他2月1日要回去打扫房子但是lock out了。
放他的狗屁，瞎扯谈。我明明2月2日才换的锁，锁匠／handyman可以作证。
接着我就跟他解释说 你搞错了，但是这个老墨不知道是听不懂，还是不想懂，反正无
论我怎么解释就是不听。p.s老墨英语不咋地，也挺文盲的。
