Con: performance testing jobs, may not be very challenging
Small startup:
Pro: core and fun project, design lead, promise to apply H1B
Con: lowest base salary with stock options
Which one I should join?
I can apply GC on my own, so it's not a big issue. My parents want me to
stay in big companies, it's easier and more stable, but I feel like going to
the small startup, I can really learn things and build up my own ideas,
although it pays me the least. Is it too naive to think in this way?
This will be my first full time job, which factor should weigh in the most?
