rebound. So every time it has fallen more than 20%, it's a sure win to buy
UGAZ and wait for a quick rebound, don't get greedy, sell it when with 10%

prop 13 but they have to support it. otherwise, the house price may jump off
the cliff and they have to suffer along with the old buyers (who would earn
less but wouldn't go broke).
