觉得这张图说明不了什么的，那些重灾区稍微contribute一下图就不一样了...我觉得
最可能还是市场持续疲软，现在很多buyer的希望估计就是n多年以后的inflation了，
如果现在投资肯定还没到底，如果计划自己住的话看见物美价廉的也就出手了，买跌不
买涨...8过我是大菜鸟，对投资一窍不通....

his neighbor is on the market, too, as a short sale. There are two other
REGULAR houses for sale in the same complex. I guess the owners of the
later two houses want to kill the owners of the two short-sale properties.
