会耽误忙别的，20分钟之后就能吃上热腾腾的早饭了，所以哪怕是工作日的早晨也不难
做到。短短2个星期的时间里，我做了五六次。还调整了原料和制作方法做比较，结果
写在下面的说明里面~
【Skillet pancake】 （2-3人份）（改自：Allrecipes）
称量单位说明：1杯=236毫升，1大勺=15毫升，1小勺=5毫升
原料：
鸡蛋 2-3只（见说明）
牛奶 3/4杯或略少
香精（Vanilla extract）半小勺
盐 半小勺
糖 1大勺
中筋面粉 60-70克 （约半杯）
草莓 1杯（5-8个）
枫糖浆（Maple syrup）或糖粉（Powdered sugar） 适量
做法：
1.烤箱预热425F（220C），8寸烤箱耐热平底不粘锅中火加热（见说明1）。

比如你用一个8寸蛋糕的方子用量放到一个9寸或者10寸的skillet里面去烤，按配方上
同样的时间，成品效果恐怕很难令人满意

经常看到有人问买什么锅比较好，俺来贴一个锅具使用报告供大伙儿参考。两年前我推荐过另外一个平底不粘锅（Calphalon Commercial Nonstick 10-Inch International Griddle），今天说的这套Circulon Infinite锅比以前推荐的更好用呢。

发帖数: 1874 | 49 有啊，我家附近的几个小镇都有一年一度的大集会，但是那是以贸易为主。那个时候物
资不丰富，也没有义务小商品这样的市场，所以这样的集会是一个很好的货比三家，买
些好东西的机会。
对于小孩，大抵也是很开心的，因为会有一些配套的杂耍，小吃。不过，最多的还是人
，那是真的前胸贴后背：）我在读小学的时候每年都会跟大人去其中的一个集会，因为
刚好有一个亲戚在那边。那天就像是过节一样，现在想起来还是很“温暖的”，呵呵。

现在估计是热闹依旧，不过不会有那么的拥挤了
