隔三差五的就有人跑出来讲理论，吵得要死。
htd，我替whx给你赔个不是，其实他话糙理不糙。初中物理教咱们分析物理的时候要善
于选择参照系，既然你这么久不学物理，都忘记了，也没人怪你。对于你觉得受到人身
攻击，感觉到委屈我表示很同情，也声援你一下，批判whx的粗糙言语。
其他同学，散了吧。人到这个年纪，很多事情讲单纯的真理是讲不通的，人都很固执，
不会考虑原先的言论对错，爱争这口气。其实htd老兄他应该也慢慢有体会了到底哪种说
法对，让他回去自己慢慢思量吧。

1. Asics SpeedStar 4
鞋子特点是有点紧，但是介于非常minimalist和传统的support鞋子之间，用过的都说爽
但有人担心鞋面不够结实。我穿过一次，感觉马马虎虎。
(新的5 貌似评论有说不透气，但也有说更结实）
推荐指数：7 (最高10）
2. Asics HyperSpeed
鞋子的特点是轻，鞋底柔软，是目前我最喜欢的鞋子。缺点跑砂石路鞋底容易镶嵌钻石
而且路面有水，立即就进入鞋子里面了。跑干燥的水泥，柏油路面很好
也有人抱怨保护太少。我觉得体重不超过160lbs，跑步姿势标准的都可以用，我自己的
感觉貌似穿着很舒服的袜子在跑

3.New Balance MT 101
鞋子特点是跑山路保护很好，鞋子完全不磨脚，版上全体大牛一致说好。
我没有用过，也不知道是否适合跑平时的公路

在于不习惯用左腿翘二郎腿。
根本原因是左侧hip flexibility缺乏，导致左膝盖抬到同样的高度比右膝盖困难，身

昨天在跑个头上回顾了我的体重，（俺自己记性不好了，两年前的事情已经记不清了）
才发现我第一次跑马拉松体重只有 144 磅， 其实在跑马拉松前，我骑车很多的时候
貌似有一次骑车回家体重只有 137磅，这个是我多少年以来见过的最低点。
第二次，也就是去年初跑马拉松，我体重已经 152磅左右了，成绩当然下降了。
今年，幸亏我没报任何比赛，体重 158磅！ 打酱油都困难。
体重本身也许对比赛影响没有想象的那么大，但是体重却体现了你的fitness,你的
训练，你对饮食的控制。。。 所以，体重就是王道啊
我决定，在体重下降到 140 磅之前，不参加任何比赛！
