get the accused clearly invoke his Miranda rights (either right to silence
or right to counsel or both). In law school exam, you argue both ways (
failure to invoke Miranda vs. not voluntary, knowing and intelligent waiver)
. I tend to think that silence is an effective invocation of right to
silence, but invoking right to counsel requires an affrimative statement.

首先谁都知道白宫请愿没有任何作用，白宫不关心这么一个喜剧节目，更不会管是否解
雇某主持人，第二个请愿就是反应我们的一个姿态，让媒体没法用第一个请愿里的漏洞
来攻击抹黑我们。
说句实在话，一份汗水，一份收获。白宫请愿，点几下鼠标就能完成，付出那么少，所
以自然不可能有多少作用的。
但是白宫请愿这个事，性价比高啊，几乎无成本嘛。
更关键的是现在媒体都用第一个请愿说事：
第一，童言无忌，华人是无理取闹；第二，你请愿的要求都满足了（停办节目和道歉）

1991年10月，我的右手被滚油烫伤，开始没有很在乎。使用街售的普通烫伤药膏涂
抹，不久灼伤处鼓起大泡，揭开皮盖，下面的肉已溃烂，可见骨头。
去军队304医院的国家烧伤治疗中心诊治，当即被安排住院。医生告：手部已达到
三度烧伤，治疗须动两到三次手术，须从臀部切一块皮复盖灼伤部，待其愈合，再做伤
疤切割和修复术。术后会留不小的疤痕，可能影响右手的功能。要我第二天签字动手术。
当夜住宿在医院，伤部阵阵剧痛不能阖眼，且满耳所闻都是周邻病房烧伤患者痛苦
凄厉的呼叫和呻吟，闻之揪心，整整一夜未眠。第二天清晨我即离开医院。回家对家人
说：“我宁可断一只手也不想再回医院。”

发帖数: 24893 | 44 《见或不见》出自扎西拉姆·多多2007年5月开始写的《疑似风月集》。诗原名《班扎
古鲁白玛的沉默》。班扎古鲁白玛是梵文的音译。班扎，Vadjra，是“金刚”的意思；
古鲁，Guru，是“上师”的意思；白玛，pema，是“莲花”的意思。
这首诗，来自于班扎古鲁白玛的一句话：“我从未离弃信我的人，或不信的人。虽然他
们看不见我，我的孩子们，会永远受到我心的护卫。”
这首诗表达的是上师对世人的不离不弃，跟爱情没有半毛钱关系：
你见 或者不见我
我就在那里
不悲不喜
你念 或者不念我
情就在那里
不来不去
你爱 或者不爱我
爱就在那里
不增不减
你跟 或者不跟我
我的手就在你手里
