多年了，但是从去年年底开始陆续有些客户抱怨说个别包裹出现了保险$500以上，但还
是被收$3.25 signature fee的事情。虽然通过和Fedex revenue department联系拿回
了credit，但是这种情况防不胜防，也很麻烦。
在目前的Fedex service guide 里头的确含糊其辞，只说了insurance超过$500会强制
加上signature,但是没有说这个signature是免费的。终于昨天我们得到了Fedex的官方
消息，在我们的一再要求下他们会在最近update service guide明确一下两点：
1. 超过$500的保险的单一包裹会获得免费的signature,
2. 多包裹，只要有一个包裹保险超过$500，将会要求所有这个shipment中的包裹获得
signature,但是如果有任何一个包裹的保险值低于$500，将会收取这个包裹的
signature fee，最多是$22.75。

December. I have stayed with them before using this same service and that is
why I am on the mailing list. Anyways, these rates look pretty cheap. I
have stayed in both the Junior Suite's and the Two Bedrooms and they are
very nice. I love the MGM because of all the restaurants and amenities
located on the property. The Signature is just so much nicer than normal
hotels.

platinum，之后电话客服调整了额度，并申请了升级到visa signature。Visa
signature的新卡还没有到。
给客服打电话的时候，却告知，即使我升级之后用了新的signature卡，也拿不到30K了
，必须要新的账号直接批signature才可以。这跟我之前了解的不一样啊，网上说只要
promote到signature，消费1000刀就有30k分。这下没有了，岂不是鸡飞蛋打，被boa反
撸羊毛。
先向各位同仁问问，升级到visa signature还有30Kpoints吗？有没有相同经验者。

为只有美国的visa signature才可以，但是我目前没有，只好用一张招行的visa
signature卡试验了一下，结果居然也能享受！于是我想到，既然招行的visa
signature可以享受fandango的福利，那是不是租车保险之类的福利一样也能享受啊？
？？

出了事扯皮麻烦. 运气好eBay也许可你判你赢, 然后buyer一般就直接credit card
chargeback...说签名不是他的...
direct signature必须是deliver address上人的名字的签名, 这就是有时候你签收一
些包裹后fedex driver会问你last name.
建议, 直接上direct signature. 别省这几毛钱. |

表面差异在于CREDIT LIMIT,通常任何VISA卡,如果LIMIT在$5K以上,大部分就默认成为
VISA SIGNATURE(例如CHASE FREEDOM,超过$5K的LIMIT,给的就是SIGNATURE的).
SIGNATURE和普通VISA主要在于VISA给你提供的BENEFIT有不同.例如VISA给的意外险,偷
窃险这些细节地方.
你的CREDIT不足以让银行给你发$5K的卡的时候,有时候就会有个COUNTER OFFER给你普
通版本的卡,或者其它普通卡. |

就是visa signature的那个线不是credit line 有什么区别和怎么报给信用局是有争议
的 （其实可能就是各个银行做法不一）
有的银行干脆不报 有的报0 有的报欠款/历史最高欠款 也有的报你看得到的那条线
所以有可能影响使用率进而影响分数
你要是没有别的visa signature或者类似等级的卡+你想要他们的member benefit+你这
卡的CL就算不报(甚至只报欠款不报CL)对你也无所谓的话那用也无妨
不同时符合以上三点的话我觉得signature有害无益 你老卡没过期就继续用罢别激活就
是了 过期了找客服说说吧
(银行肯定喜欢你用signature卡,至少这种卡刷一次商家可能得多交给银行2%,所以你老
卡要是过期了,客服如果受到过足够的培训的话肯定不会太愿意给你发普卡) |

1)Staples的UPS Ground服务是不是自动加免费的signature的
2)既然Proof of Delivery免费而且里面包括signature，那它与“Delivery
