signature page需要我和signing official的签字。当时的情况是肯定来不及了找
office of research了，我就签了我自己的名字然后扫描给上传了。事后写信隐晦的问
了一下PO看是不是有问题，他没看出来没签字，回信说我all set。现在我已经拿到
signing official的签字了，但是deadline已过。需要给PO写信说明情况并替换
Signature page 么？这个grant钱还不少，有半个米，不想自己的努力因为个签名白费

One benefit is that there is no pre-set spending limit, which means you can
spend more than your limit without being turned down. Don't know whether
over-limit fee will be applied or not. The bad thing is visa signature doesn
't report the credit limit to your credit report, it is like you always use
100% on that card and could lower the overal ratio of balance to limit. |

而是question mark。所以信用报告算balance/credit ratio时没法算，
只能用那张卡曾经最高的balance来作为分母，因此我的credit score小受影响。
打电话给这张卡的customer serivce，被告知Visa Signature cards都不报告
credit line，这是feature之一。
