are guaranteed, but they are experiencing such high volume that they are
double validating credit cards. and all orders placed should be fulfilled
within 72 hours. Yet now I received an email canceling it.

zactac has a lot of side effect, short-term use is not clear, but

prescribe medicine. we tried different formula, which make their reflux

毕竟。我还是有点低烧, 在37度多一点的地方.
本来想的很好。这个礼拜稍微减量, 算连续5个礼拜60+KM的修整.
也同时参加个10K,创个PB也提高速度。
本来想星期一10K ez,星期二tempo 星期三5K ez 星期五10K ez 星期天比赛.
可是没想到星期三开始就流鼻涕, 感冒发烧了 :(
这种FLU才真是病来如山倒，病去入抽风啊..
一直挨到星期天。还知道自己不算个完全健康人的状态..sigh.
星期五的10k当然没有跑。
所以星期天的这个比赛..目标放在参与.
最原来的宽松目标是48-50mins知道应该不难。但是这一感冒。就知道。。不容易了.
因为是个慈善的比赛。所以巨多小孩子参加 MILK stans for (Mainly I Love Kid)
但是因为放在下午。3:30PM开始。是 |

is a lot. at least we should get even or close to stay above water.
