require direct sig. if you compare the shipping fee for an package insured

declared value at $500. you will save between $1.50~$2.00 in most cases for
the entire package shipping fee. Only works for Fedex ground. |

做ebiz，shipping是很重要的一部分。大家都想在这个地方省点钱。我自己也做了很多
年，知道这里省下了的就是利润。 我自己最近开了一个在delaware开一个shipping &
copy center。看到Kevin很多人跳了。说明对shipping discount很多东西不了解。
开店我前前后后和ups，fedex还有usps交涉了半年，拿approved，谈discount。
我给大家说说我自己和这些公司打交道的经历。
和这些人谈，最难的就是usps。
他们最拽，去申请一个agency要提交充分的文件。我们等了一个月才批批下来。25% 有
没有可能? 在usps只有一种可能就是那些做mail market能拿到的rate。市场上最牛的d
iscount就是29 cent的明信片，最牛公司能拿到19cent。但是人家是至少是几十万份一
个月junk mail的流量。那些优先包裹和express，想都不要想超过15%.
UPS和fedex 就好多了给我们这些agency的空间就很大。 |

cleared了，但是地址是一个mailbox地址，就是那种ups mailbox地址。但是地址是
confirmed，seller protection is eligible.我就寄了。
今天无意中又看了哪个paypal发的ok to ship, cleared的email.发现email里面的
shipping address和进入paypal账号里看见的ship to address 不一样。
我东西已经寄出了，买了signature。请问这样的transaction有问题吗？
BTW,我已经打电话给paypal了，paypal说ship to 的地址从csr上看是那个ups mailbox
地址，不是我在payment cleared的email里看见的 house地址。

打了一个。结果paypal charge了两个shipping，并且里面提供了usps的tracking，但
是无法void，因为头一个shipping没有出现在ebay的transaction里，paypal dispute
也不行，说找不到这个transaction，但是balance明明确确扣掉了两次shipping，并且
状态都是complete，抢钱哪 |

还有死活不退货、各种理由要refund的drop ship算evil么，有的还威胁不退钱就差评。
drop ship是这些evil之前行为啊，drop ship很多就是扰乱了市场这也是事实。
我每次给amazon举报，就算amazon对那些drop ship的不作为，但是对我自己是一种保
护，至少他们第二次在想来我这弄是不容易了，有的amazon很痛快就赔我钱了，即使最
后因为威胁不成留差评的也能删掉。 |

都是通过eBay打印shipping label，也就是说应该付钱给eBay。譬如如果我走的是
FedEx，eBay会马上记账，每个月就会和Final value fee，以及final value fee on
shipping，一起从我的paypal账上扣除。可以我突然发现，如果走的是USPS，eBay就不
记账了，可钱从哪里出的呢？还是eBay一年才算次总账？我反复查了paypal账户，甚至
是绑在eBay账户上的信用卡，没有被从USPS charge fee的迹象呀。。。 |
