"Hi. Your product is defective. The primary drivers in the two front
satellite speakers are blown. Please refund my payment. Thank you."
I don't believe defective since it was purchased as new by other buyer and
the buyer didn't say anything wrong but just want to return.
He also asked for prepaid shipping label or refund for return shipping.
Should I pay return shipping for him? Already lost $26 for shipping to him.
Another question: what |
a*****l 发帖数: 869 | 2 YES..buyer should pay shipping fee. |
d*****r 发帖数: 3762 | 3 Thanks, anycall! Even he claimed defective? |
T**T 发帖数: 1439 | 4 if he claims A-Z, 99% chance you are going to pay the return shipping |
d*****r 发帖数: 3762 | 5 By Amazon policy, "Shipping and handling charges for returning Marketplace
items are borne by the buyer." Any experience?
Seems the buyer wants this excuse for return without any lost. |
