是沉降量多少，是否均匀很重要，小范围均匀沉降是允许的，对房子基本没影响。
老房子反而有好处，因为房子沉降需要几十年才能完成，老房子的沉降都已经稳定了，
如果没发现问题，以后也不会有问题。新房子正处是沉降的活跃期，反倒容易出现问题
。而且是买的时候看不出来，过些年才可能会出现问题。
房子不均匀沉降不仅地不平，很可能造成房屋的结构破坏，对房子的危害相当大。 |

retail price差了2000，insurance公司坚持他们的valuation，他们自己有个
valuation公司，然后找了2个comparable car的value，我现在准备上small count
请问这个赢的几率大吗? 我是sue insurance公司，还是sue对方的driver？

庭通知3月中旬出庭，在出庭前两天town里和我达成和解以我认定的property value作
为2013年（2014年纳税）的Assessed Value出具了stipulation of settlement， 并在
电话里说会几年之内不会调整AV。原以为如愿以偿，但是今早我收到town里通知，2014
年度的AV又调到以前的价位了，并且grievance day就在10天后。去年我有做refinance
时银行雇人做的assessment report所以grievance理由充分，但是今年没有。现在的感
觉是被town里涮了，才两个多月AV就又回去了，这种在法庭备案的和解协议就跟juke一
样， town里用了个缓兵之计，然后以“Section 511 of the Real Property Tax Law"
为由随时调价。好像作为奉公守法的居民，我根本无法据理力争呀。 |
